Exceptional service
I first met Lewis at the Canford Classic and Supercar event on Sunday 24th August, where he had a display of some great watches, including a Rolex Submariner‘Hulk’, which I have always admired. We had a good chat about watches in general and he was not at all ‘pushy’ for a sale. I contacted Lewis the next day, Bank Holiday Monday, sent him some photos of my old (1996) Submariner and my wife’s Datejust and a few hours later agreed a part exchange deal.
Lewis then offered to meet us later that afternoon at his office/showroom and I am now the proud owner of a ‘Hulk’. The customer service we received from the time we first met Lewis was exceptional and I would not hesitate to recommend Solent Timepieces if you are looking for a quality, well priced Rolex.

It was a pleasure doing business with Lewis. Within the space of two days I had the watch on my wrist. The p/x i was offered on my watch was very fair and the watch I purchased was as described (immaculate) and competitively priced. Communication throughout was excellent. The showroom is very nice and well set out. I would highly recommend Solent Timepieces for anyone looking to purchase a luxury watch at competitive prices.
