Unable to Withdraw a Three Year Old Problem Never Resolved
I have taken 4 loans and repaid them all on time to Solo without issue. On my 5th Loan, after being funded, I get error messages withdrawing. I google the issue. This has been happening to people for 3 years and they NEVER fixed the issue. Some people claim to never even get responses from Solo. Others don't ever get access to the funds before their repayment date while paying interest on the loan. And not one single person who reported this issue online, has come back and said "they fixed the issue." Posting this review here in hopes it somehow gets them to promptly help with my issue. At which time I will update this review as prior to now, the app was working fine. In other reviews they told people there was a problem with their card. I tried multiple cards, and I was declined using the Solo Funds Card given to me that has the full balance of the loan on it.... On Sept 30, 2025 they told another user here the glitch will be fixed today. It was never fixed.

Great site but fees are a bit high for a 10-day loan. Great service when you’re in a bind and everything is transparent- no hidden feees.

My first time and it was funded within an hour! I was able to pay it back early. Had to ask for a second loan, to pay an emergency vet bill, and again, it was funded fast. This is an incredible place. I hope to fund someone soon, to keep this going.

I have been double charged
I have been double charged. There is no one to contact regarding this issue. The chat feature is down and there is no phone number. This is so horrible. My bank has 2 transaction taking $123 each time. This is ridiculous.
