I received the product over a month later...made in US what a load of bull! So after the second charge on my account I realized they have charged a subscription on me ..for what I have no idea it's one product why would I continue to pay monthly fees for it? I have sent numerous emails and messages to them with no response so they have charged me a total of 3 times and now I have another one pending I have to call and hope that my bank will cancel this ...hopefully once I show them the fraud and no customer support they will help me! The only recourse i have is giving bad reviews to warn people of this scam!!!! So disheartening to know that someone with a tinnitis problem that is at their witts end and trying to find any relief at all bc there's no cure for it! Do they are definitely taking advantage of people when they are weak and desperate! I am hoing to try and get this site shut down

BEWARE!! If I could give this company zero stars I would. This is a scam. If you do not opt out, you are automatically signed in to a monthly subscription which is taken from the card that you used to make the order. I did not see any warning that I was signing up to a monthly order or any option to opt out. The item ordered did not work anyway.

If I could l would choose zero star. This is a fraud company. I bought something from them, then they started charging me $39.99 every month for subscription which I had never chosen to do. They have no phone number, and never answered my emails.

My experience with solosoothe is that this company created a subscription when you order a product. What this means is that when you think you ordered and paid for a product, this company will charge you monthly 39.99. You might wonder what you will receive for 39.99. I certainly do as I received nothing! So far I have paid $195.87 for a pillow. My advice don't even consider ordering from this company. They do not have a phone number and i question if the address listed is an actual business site. I reported this company to. the FTC and will continue to investigate how else to have them investigated.

I wish I could give a negative star rating. I ordered some shoes 2 pairs) that were supposed to be grounding. I opened the package and immediately contacted to company via their messaging on their website to ask how they ground or where the conductor (?) is. They never responded.
I did continue to emails trying to get me to buy other items several times a week.i then sent an email to the support email that sends those promotional emails… nothing.
I saw that there was a subscription cost while trying to contact an actual person and sent an email and form on their website saying I don’t want to pay for anything and I want a refund for these shoes, asking how to return them. Still nothing.
Then I got a debit from my bank account for $39.95 for the subscription. By then I’d already started a dispute with my bank. I had to wait until this new charge actually posted to disburse it.
Today my bank denied the initial dispute. I don’t know why I’ll deal with them on that later, but that’s when I decided to do a public review. I try and avoid negative reviews but I don’t want anyone to experience this type of scam.
*Looking at she company’s rating today I realize I did not do ratings research prior to purchasing the shoes from this company.

If I could give this company less than one star I would. Shame on me for not reading reviews about this company before purchasing. First, the item shipped from China and it took three weeks to arrive (Temu is quicker than this company). The item I ordered was trash! I had to email this company a few times in order to get a response for my request to return item. So they explained it would be too costly to return (to China) and they offered me a 70% discount. I accepted, per their instructions and to this day, I haven’t received my refund.

About 3 months ago I ordered a grounding mat. I got it quick enough but there were no instructions as to how to hook it up or what to connect it to. I contacted them by email many times with no response. I have canceled my membership twice and I'm still being charged the $39.95 for the subscription. There's no phone number to contact these people so that you can get some help and they do not respond to emails very well at least to me I have received no emails inquiring about my questions for where do I how do I hook up the grounding mat so I've not even be able to use it. Cuz I don't know what the other end is supposed to be connected to. I am not happy with this company at all.

This is a fraudulent company that uses deceptive tactics to add a monthly "subscription" fee to orders placed with them via your SHOP account. Same thing with me. Order a simple chin strap for my husband. Never received an email conformation, 1st clue. Received the chin strap. Received the 1st and only email from them yesterday, 11/21 stating thanks for the subscription order.
Been so busy, never checked my account. Searched and found out this has been going on for 3 months. No answers to 3 emails so canceled the card this morning.

I live in Australia & bought a nail treatment on line on a Black Friday sale. I placed the item in my cart but they charged me over $118 for a Rewards Membership scheme. Also advised a fee of $39.95 would come out every mth. I didn’t ask for it or request it. Nor did the sale for my nail treatment go through. I’ve messaged 8 times now demanding a refund & a stop to it, but they have not responded. My bank has been notified. Not happy. Bad company. STAY AWAY from this company.
