En effet, le traitement de votre remboursement a été retardé en raison d’un rejet du paiement lié à une erreur sur les numéros de votre carte bancaire. Dès que vous avez mis à jour vos informations bancaires sur notre site hier, nous avons pu procéder à votre remboursement ce matin.
Celui-ci devrait apparaître sur votre compte dans un délai de 7 à 10 jours.
Nous tenons à souligner que sans les informations mises à jour, nous n’aurions pas pu finaliser le remboursement. Nous vous encourageons à nous contacter directement par email ou téléphone en cas de souci, cela permet souvent de résoudre plus rapidement ce genre de situation.

Achat effectué le 5 juillet avec bordereau scanné et validé par la douane le même jour. Résultat, remboursement sur ma carte le 6 août et pour ce magnifique délai d'un mois de traitement, 13% de commissions prélevées. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi des commerçants (je n'avais pas le choix de mon côté) passent par Solpay alors que des concurrents sont beaucoup plus efficaces et moins chers ! Pas de réponse du SAV lors de la 2ème relance pour obtenir le statut de mon remboursement...donc conclusion : si vous n'êtes pas pressé, que vous êtes ok de payer 13% de commission et que vous êtes ok pour échanger avec un SAV de piètre qualité, choisissez Solpay !

Le délai de remboursement que vous mentionnez correspond au fonctionnement normal du service. En effet, une fois le bordereau validé par la douane, nous devons attendre de récupérer la TVA avant de pouvoir la reverser à l’utilisateur. Ce processus prend généralement quelques semaines.
Concernant le service client, nous avons bien reçu votre email le 28 juillet à 17h50, et notre équipe vous a répondu 4 minutes plus tard, à 17h54, pour vous confirmer que votre remboursement allait intervenir dans la semaine.
Le virement a été effectué le 1er août, soit deux jours après votre prise de contact.
Selon les délais bancaires, il peut ensuite apparaître sur votre compte sous 7 à 10 jours.
Nous faisons toujours de notre mieux pour répondre rapidement, et restons disponibles en cas de doute ou de besoin de suivi.
Enfin, sur le montant de votre remboursement : vous avez perçu 14,5 % du montant TTC de vos achats. Nos frais de service sont de 2,17 %, et non 13 % comme indiqué dans votre commentaire.
Nous espérons avoir pu éclaircir ces points et restons à votre écoute si vous avez d’autres questions.

As I promised to write another comment. I still believe, someone is not NOT telling the TRUTH. after several email back and forth and finally figure it out how to call someone at SolPay and take care of the issue regarding VAT.
I was told that the STAMP was in the BACK of the VAT form and nobody saw it. I think this is a LAME Excuse.
at the End of the Story. someone called me and said that they had the VAT form with Stamp in the Back. Received my VAT finally.
