I had an outstanding experience with Solstice Sunglasses! Their customer service is truly top-notch—they were quick to help with my questions, and the delivery was extremely efficient. On top of that, the glasses are authentic and high-quality. Easily the best sunglass company I've dealt with!

I’m honestly disappointed because what I ordered was the Kendra Scott magnetic frames that came with clear lenses in the frames and separate lenses that were sunglasses and I just received an email that they were trying to make them strictly sunglasses only. Not what was described on the website. I hope this will be fixed so I can leave a better review.

Over a week after purchase, still no shipping information, no update, despite stated policy of delivery in two business days.

I am having bad experience so far , first I was asked for my email in order to get 20% off
I submitted my email but never got email witth discount
And I made order 5 days ago and still no tracking number and any email that my order been placed.

Terrible do NOT see the sale price and make a purchase. RUN far away from this company! There is a reason the glasses are cheaper here bc you’re NEVER getting them despite them sending you a receive by date. Calling my credit card company right now to get my money back.

Been 2 weeks and no confirmation!! Terrible service. Checked the website again and it says the glasses I ordered are out of stock!!! That’s bull crap!!! Just asked for my refund.

I wish I could say it was great, but the system kept buffering when I was trying to sign up to get 20% off. I went into the check out page to see what the total cost was and if the discount, somehow, auto populated, however I never completed my purchase. But, when I went into my email, I had a purchase confirmation and a receipt.

I wanted the glasses, but I was looking at a different company whose coupon activated and I would have paid less.

Great experience with this company—great prices, fast delivery, excellent customer service, very accommodating, highly recommended, especially dealing with lisa was a pleasure, she helped me with everything and made sure that I'm happy. The custom lenses were amazing with very clear vision; why buy glasses and then add prescription when you can get it all in one?

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! You can't talk to a person to place your order. You have to place it yourself online! I placed my order and it was all wrong! That's what happens when you can't talk over the phone with an agent to help you. Now that I'm trying to return my order, I keep trying to print a return label but I keep getting a message saying " return label not available". I've tried emailing customer service with no response. I've tried calling customer service and get the message "there are no agents available". This place is a joke! Take it from me, save yourself time, money and stress, and don't order from Solstice Sunglasses!!!!!

The website says 2-7 business days for arrival. It has been 15 business days, and tracking says it hasn't even been received to ship. I have contacted the company 3 times, and they keep saying to wait another 24-48 hours for tracking to be updated. Clearly, it is not shipping, and they do not plan on shipping my sunglasses. Horrible customer service!

I never received my sunglasses i would never order from here again i will be calling first thing in the am i ordered my sunglasses April 24th still no package

had a discontinued model of frames I wanted in stock. Painless to order. We'll see how quick they deliver. So far, so good.
