El lugar fue tal cual el anuncio de la plataforma Airbnb: limpio, acogedor y seguro. El check-in y check-out fueron prácticos. Los anfitriones fueron amables y prestos a ayudar a nuestro grupo que viajaba por primera vez a Roma.

A wonderful clean apartment. It is located in a good, quiet area. There are many shops and bars nearby. Public transportation is good. The metro is nearby. You can get to the center of Rome very quickly. The apartment has everything you need, dishes, clean linens. It is located on the 1st floor, there is an exit to a closed area where you can drink coffee in the morning. The owner is always in touch and helped us a lot with everything.

Apartment was clean, tidy and spacious with a lovely outside area. Would definitely stay again!

الشقه جميله جدا وفيها اطلالة رائعة على البحيره وغرف جيده ومريحه وحمام ممتاز وتعتبر متكاملة من جميع النواحي وكانت تجربه جميله بالفعل

La peggiore esperienza di tutta la mia vita. Persone scorrette e inadeguate dopo aver effettuato regolarmente la prenotazione saldato e fatto il check in all arrivo la.prenotazione non risultava e si sono rimbalzati la responsabilità tra gestori ma intanto siamo rimasti senza assistenza e senza camera. Vergognatevi!!!!! Gli errori ci possono essere ma non si possono lasciare le persone in mezzo alla strada. La struttura doveva attivarsi per trovare soluzioni diverse facendosi carico del disservizio e non scaricare responsabilità a terzi. Ci siamo già attivati segnalando agli organi competenti e ci riserviamo di valutare un azione risarcitoria.
Non siamo contattati da nessun operatore né tanto meno da AirBnB l unica chiamata ricevuta dalla struttura è stata " ci dispiace ma non abbiamo trovato strutture per risolvere il disagio creato"
Troppo poco per chi si occupa di ospitalità voglio evidenziare che il saldo è stato fatto qualche giorno prima e la struttura ci ha contatto per messaggio per fare il check in il giorno prima . Quindi è ingiustificabile che dopo appena 24 ore dal saldo e dal chekin la struttura ci ha lasciati abbandonati a noi stessi. Gli errori ci possono essere ma quando si commettono bisogna attivarsi anche per trovare le soluzioni. Ribadisco struttura inaffidabile abbiamo fatto il chekin ed il saldo ..

La casa è abbastanza accogliente e spaziosa, consigliata per famiglie o gruppi di amici. Nonostante non si trovi sul lungomare è comunque in una posizione strategica a pochi km dal centro di San Leone.
La casa è fornita da ogni comfort, i condizionatori funzionano bene.
Unica pecca non abbiamo trovato le capsule per la macchinetta del caffè ma può capitare.
Apprezzatissimo il panificio sotto casa!

I liked that the house had everything we needed. It wasn’t perfectly clean, but it was just dust. At first, we had some problems with parking, but later I was lucky to find a spot just a 2-minute walk from the hotel, and then we went on foot up the stairs. I was with my young twins, who are 2 years old, and a 5-year-old child, so it was a bit difficult to go up to the hotel.

The host was responsible and had taken care of every detail in the appartment. The apartment was also great, well equiped. It was like “beeing at home”. Great experience

Do Not Be Fooled by the View – This Place Is a Disaster

Yes, the view of Lake Como is undeniably stunning — but that’s where the positives end. Everything else about this property was an absolute nightmare, and it should not be listed as a vacation rental in its current state.

The listing claims a “rural setting,” but what we encountered was more like a neglected, abandoned property. Lake Como is known for its immaculate, well-kept homes and gardens. This was the complete opposite. From the moment we arrived, it felt like we were stepping into a haunted house.

The garden was wildly overgrown, with weeds nearly a meter high. The outdoor furniture was filthy, overturned, and looked like it hadn't been touched in years. Vines hung at face level as we approached the front door — it was genuinely unwelcoming and unsettling.

Inside was even worse. We were hit with a strong, suffocating smell of must, dust, and mould. It was immediately clear the home had not been cleaned or maintained for a very long time. We tried to open windows for some air, but with no fly screens, we were instantly swarmed by mosquitoes.

It was impossible to stay. My husband suffers from asthma and sinus issues, and the air quality made it difficult for him to breathe. We didn’t feel safe or comfortable — physically or emotionally — and left almost immediately.

To make matters worse, the property is extremely difficult to reach from the ferry terminal, something the listing does not make clear.

This was one of the most disappointing travel experiences we’ve had. I would strongly advise anyone considering this property to look elsewhere. The view is not worth the health risk, discomfort, or sense of abandonment that comes with this place.

Excellent séjour, hôte tres sympa et serviable

It was a great stay. Really well mentained property with a beautiful scenic view. Very easy to acces and near to bus station.
Cons:-
Check-in process is quite combersum and lengthy.
Flat is on 3rd floor which is a problem for family having stroller for small child because there is no elevator.

La maison était très propre et très proche du centre-ville avec une place de parking privé et un beau jardin. Je recommande surtout si vous voulez louer une voiture et découvrir la région. Il y a également le mall le plus apprécié à Olbia à 3 minutes de la maison. L hôte était très sympathique et joignable à tt moment et répondait à tt nos questions rapidement

Остановились тут на неделю. Квартира находится в спокойном тихом районе, в шаговой доступности есть супермаркет, пекарня и овощная лавка. Сама квартира просторная, 2 этажа, в квартире было чисто и комфортно. Все необходимые вещи мы нашли при заселении. Интернет хороший, только 1 день 2 часа работал с перебоями, но в целом работал отлично. Прямо через дорогу от квартиры находится автобусная остановка, от которой идут прямые автобусы в центр и на пляж. Хозяин квартиры отличный, всегда находится на связи и очень быстро отвечает. Советую

Appartamento molto curato nei dettagli, ma un po' buio perché situato ad un piano interrato. Non è presente il posto macchina riservato anche se indicato nel sito, ma è molto facile trovare un parcheggio gratuito nelle immediate vicinanze. Ve lo consiglio

Subject: Request for Refund – Uninhabitable Accommodation

I am writing to formally request a full refund for our recent booking for 3 nights, 24 to 27th June, which we were forced to vacate immediately upon arrival due to unacceptable and unsafe conditions.

Upon arrival, we found the property in a state that can only be described as abandoned. The exterior was severely overgrown with weeds over a meter high, and the outdoor furniture was filthy and strewn about. Once we opened the door, we were hit by an overwhelming musty, mouldy smell that made it extremely difficult to breathe.

The interior air quality was so poor that my husband, who suffers from asthma, experienced immediate chest tightness, making it unsafe for him to remain inside. We attempted to ventilate the space by opening windows, but this only allowed mosquitoes to enter due to the lack of insect screens.

It was immediately clear that staying in this accommodation posed a health risk and would not be possible. The condition of the property was not as advertised and was entirely uninhabitable.

We left the premises immediately and found alternative accommodation at our own expense. Given these circumstances, I am requesting a full refund for the booking. I have attached photos to support my claim.

I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to your resolution.

Muy bien ubicado, apartamento muy cómodo y calidad-precio excepcional! Lo único malo para mí fue la experiencia con el chekin, ya que pedí ayuda por whatsapp y nadie nunca me respondió ni me ayudó
