Great service and delivery on time, product is excellent value and just what I wanted

I purchased a riser recliner chair on behalf of my elderly mother and am 100% satisfied with the whole process, from browsing to ordering to delivery. The website is easy to navigate and there is plenty of information to help with decision making. I ordered the chair on a Sunday and it was delivered Tuesday! Very pleasant and helpful delivery guys who put it in place, tested all the functions, took away the old chair (extra charge for this but well worth it) and were very careful with everything. A lot of delivery people are in such a rush that they make me feel stressed but these guys were calm and meticulous.

Crap Service
Placed order 2 weeks ago …. And waited …. And waited.
No communications from SolutionsMobility.
Should have been delivered in 2-3days
Contacted them .. was told “out of stock till October”
How am i supposed to know they sell items not in stock?

I cancelled order and will buy from a professional company who offers decent service.

Hope i get refund aa quickly as they took the money from me.

Solutions mobility were great, very helpful and good value. I bought a semi fixed back cusion for my wheelchair and it's change my posture and the total comfort of the chair immensely, I'm super happy with it! Full marks for product and service!

The staff are so helpfull, nothing is to much trouble, they helped my wife so much with the new scooter, and geve us there honnest opinion. The hole experiance was second to none, plus the dog is so friendly. Well done. Will be back, and recomend you guys.

I travelled to the store all the way from "Wales"..This was on the strength of "one" telephone conversation. The service was wonderful..and i would make the journey again. The service. staff and delivery were second to none.

I am delighted with this wheelchair, it is lightweight but also feels robust and the purple colour of the frame is stunning. The chair can fit into the boot of a two seater convertible which is a dream come true! Thank you very much.

Staff at Wheelchair Solutions are kind helpful and dedicated to providing an excellent service. I cannot praise them highly enough. So lucky to have found them. Nothing is too much trouble for this company. I recommend them 100%.

Great experience choosing my first electric chair. The staff let me take my time and experience several chairs and didnt rush me into making any decisions. They were very knowledgeable and understood what device would best suit my needs.

Told us we couldn’t take away on the day because new batteries and chargers were required but delivery was arrange for the following week.

Solutions Mobility in Alfreton provide an exemplary wheelchair service. Their team have years of experience providing excellent power wheelchairs which they either custom fit to the individual or they sell the wheelchair as it it.
Sally and Adam are friendly and knowledgeable and provide the best possible service.
I've just purchased my second electric wheelchair from them and when I eventually need another wheelchair I will buy it from them. The whole experience couldn't have been better and their prices are good.

I visited the shop in Somercotes and was impressed with the range of dual motor risers. We had previously bought a mobility scooter a few months ago and my wife has used it several times. She is now convalescing after an operation to fix a broken femur and therefore uses the chair every day.

This is the second powerchair I have purchased from Solutions, and for a second time I could not be happier. The best thing for me was the fact that, unlike two local suppliers I tried in the past, they understand that the main issue for experienced wheelchair users when it comes to used chairs; is the programming.

We visited the shop and tried two power chairs as we were unsure which to choose. My husband chose the nimbus. The staff were so helpful and friendly. They were very knowledgeable and showed us how the chair worked and my husband tried it out on the car park. Delivery was quick and the chair arrived in perfect condition.
