FAKE STORE selling POOR QUALITY PRODUCTS!!!!

I have just read all the reviews and all of them echo the same message, poor quality products, wrong sizing, poor customer services and. Not honouring return policy, I am experiencing all of the above.

REALLY POOR PRODUCTS THAT DONT MATCH THE IMAGE OR DESCIPTION

Do not buy here! Very bad customer service. Wrong sizes and clothing.

I would like to commend this shop since they are now improving. Highly recommended!

Hello.

The terrible products I purchased from you should have reached your warehouse by now. They were safely packaged and posted several weeks ago.

I have been exceedingly patient with your dreadful customer service and faux politesse.

Please provide the refund which you owe me, though I suspect you will say you have not received the return and I cannot prove otherwise.

Items are not great quality and smaller than expected.
Refund / return process is painful and full of hidden charges.
Avoid at all costs. Terrible company.

Like many others I would give less than 1 star if I could.

Ordered 3 x pair of trousers, large, after checking Solvano’s size guide. Large = 35”-38”. Package came from China, when it eventually arrived there were 2 x 32” waist and 1 x 34” waist.

I contacted Solvano who said it was my error, despite proof to the contrary. Offered I keep and had a 30% refund or get permission to send back, pay postage and receive refund less 30% restocking fees. For their error!

Claim initiated via PayPal but I will still have to return via tracked insured mail to Canada.

Can’t warn buyers enough. Dishonest company who will send you rubbish and make it very expensive to try and get your money back.

Bought a shirt back in July. Two sizes smaller than my usual size, material was nothing like photographed and it buttoned back to front compared to any other shirt

I notified solvano of this within their returns policy and returned the shirt back to the USA, at my cost, per their instructions. The shirt was returned packaged as originally delivered and unworn. I've heard nothing back from Solvano since they asked me to return it to the US a month ago. I have evidence of delivery being made.

This site is scam and clearly it is being operated illegally. Avoid it at all costs.

I have reported Solvano to Shopify who power their site and to UK trading standards body so they are held to account for their actions. I have also reported their adverts as a scam to Meta, which is where I unfortunately became aware of them.

Please do yourself a favour and avoid buying anything from them.

I've made an order more than a month ago and the status is still "order confirmed". The customers service is unable to answer why and when it will eventually change. Never seen this before! My advice is to avoid dealing with them

1. Product delivery was slow
2. The product was better than expected
3. Packaging can be a bit better
4. I ordered jogger pants, pladshirt and shoes

Avoid at all cost, cheap rubbish nothing like the adverts

Absolute scam. I cancelled order and asked for a refund. Said I had to send to China which basically made it not worth the price. Even though the address on the parcel was in Leicester.

Terrible quality product and even worse service. Completely avoid at all costs.

Horrible return policy and communication. Items undersized and return location from the UK is the USA so the cost of the item to ship. They probably know that.

Who makes their cloths? I purchased a size XL flannel shirt and it's 2 sizes too small. I requested a refund 2 times, no response. Horrible product and service. I wish I had checked out their rep before purchasing.

The shirt I bought is 3 sizes too small, the buttons are on the wrong side of the shirt and it stinks of sweat.. BUYER BEWARE

Disgusting. This is a scam company that take your money. Beware!

I ordered trousers after checking their sizing guide and they were about 4 sizes smaller than specified.

Company very slow to reply to any messages to resolve. Offered discount options several times before reluctantly offering return. Would not cover cost of postage up front.

I eventually paid £25 to return the trousers to their address in China. It was signed for on 11 July.

Have chased twice since and they have not replied.

Have just started a chargeback dispute process with my credit card company to get the original £38 back but will continue to pursue company for the £25 postage.

Aside from their bad service, they know their products are not at the size they advertise which makes me think not enough people complain and get their money back so it suits them to trade in this way - making money, whilst stacking up unhappy customers.

Horrible customer service. Communication with customer support is very bad. Returns are handled horribly and the merchandise is shipped from China.
No recommendation at all.
