I literally hate the new sonic menu. Especially the new slushie menu. The menu has slowly been getting worse with time, but this is the final straw. Why does everything have to be so fancy and complicated all the time? All I wanted was a simple lemonade slush

Today I went to sonic though the drive thru and was very disappointed. When I was trying to order the guy that was taking my order was nice but there was 2 females arguing and fighting and the guy couldn't hear anything so he asked me to pull forward. Then the lady at the window so rude.

I recently received a email saying I could have a milkshake or corn dog for my birthday and they told me at sonic I couldn't have it cause I didn't qualify for it I have got this offer every year for years now and now they send it and tell me I can't have it I think that is pretty lowsy service they told me I had to have a account at least 7 Days before my birthday and I have had a account for 10 years or longer I don't think I will be giving them my business any longer that is no way to do you when you have had a account there for so long and then if I didn't qualify for it why did I get it all of these years and then why did they send a email for me to get it this year

Nate at store 14598 West Maple Road made my experience so nice. He was laughing with my daughter and being so kind to her. I felt like we were being such a pain but he made our experience great!!!! Love this Sonic!!!!

Asked for large mozzarella sticks, got small chicken strips, I’m totally pissed i really wanted them mozzarella sticks. This is earth shattering shit for me. I’m never going to sonic again.

This is our 3rd attempt with sonic and our last, very disappointed. Our 2nd we contacted by email and they didn't seem to care. Today we ordered a large cream slushy and a refresher for me. I never had one and the readable description sounded good. When it arrived it had a tea flavor. I have a heart condition and can't have caffeine. I told the server after tasting it that it tasted like tea and she said it has green tea. I said I didn't know. She said she can bring me out a new drink like my husband's if I want and she threw my drink in the garbage. I said fine, how much? She said nothing I'll just get it for you. However, a different girl came out with it and said she had to charge me. I told her what the server said and she said yes but her manager said they had to charge me. I said then you need to refund me for the drink the other girl threw away. She went and got her manager. I told the manager I didn't know the refresher had tea in it and she said I should of asked! Why would I know to do that. She said I'm the very fine print or says green tea. My husband had to take a picture of it to enlarge to read. Most people will not be able to read it and it does say tea and gives a warning! The manager was rude and gave me my refund for the drink they threw away. They kept the re-ordered drink and I walked away with nothing.

I went to sonic drive thru yesterday 7/10/26 an ordered a Route 44 half a night half tea which meant sweet and unsweeten told the girl 4 times is drive thru got up to windows she told me $2.57 I said it's happy hour 2.08 no ma'am it's not I said I just paid 2.08 the day before well it went up no it didn't she give me sweet tea as lemonade an charge me extra fjr lemonade which I didn't order an wen I went to stall she didn't give me the difference back if they going act like this I want never be back at the sonic in brewton.

I sat in the drive thru line for 10 minutes, with no movement. 1 car at the windows. Not the first time this has happened. I left and give my business to somebody else. Sonic-Buckhead drive, Statesboro GA.

I was very happy as the order was accurate. I was pleased with the service & the wait time. We were in Casper, Wyoming for a doctor appointment. Thank you Sonic.

There is 1 thing you can count on sonic(s) across the board. They are going to get your order wrong. 100% of the time.

We enjoyed the food and the service was fine. The only complaint we have is the communication system when you order is barely audible and has been for a very long time.

Terrible customer service. I ordered a 5 piece chicken strip from a stall and asked to use my bogo entree i had on the app. When i asked they said they can do it but when they brought out my food they said they couldnt give me the bogo deal and that id have to do it on the app. What pisses me off is that they didnt even ask if i could cancel the order yhry just brought my food.

Not the first time I've had problems here. Tonight, I ordered 2 burgers with cheese. Drove 7 miles home, we went to eat burgers and one had no beef patty. At least they put lettuce, mayo and pickles in bun. Called them and they said come back and they would fix me another but never apologized. I'll never go back to sonic on Middle Tennessee Blvd. in Murfreesboro TN.

Just went thru the drive thru, ordered 2 jalapeño poppers only received one. Still had to pay for the second order even though they messed up. And didn’t receive my sauce. Terrible experience everytime I come through.

Sonic Rincon GA.Ordered our meal at 9.15 PM it was after 10 PM Before they brought it to our truck of course it was wrong burger and milkshakes had no taste they had ice Chunk in both of them not sure what happened how about your store I have gone by there multiple times after dark where there is no lights on outside not a mistake you see people inside no one outside terrible for your business think there may be a manager issue I'm not a complainer but this store is going down fast sorry Tim we spent $26 for nothing!

Went to sonic in Stillwater, OK on 6th Ave for a simple dinner, it was terrible. Ordered super sonic double cheese burger. First it was supposed to have 2 slices of cheese on burgers, it had just one so they are being cheap and cheating us. The tomato was so hard and not yet ripe it tasted like a cucumber ruined the whole flavor of the burger. No ketchup, how does a cheeeseburger not have ketchup? My drink a refresher was very weak poor flavor. No Mints today in our order.big mistake,big.the chicken sandwich was dark and over cooked. Very disappointed and big waste of money.

I used to love Sonic burgers. But in Lawrence ks the burgers are not hot. They are cold veggies on a bun. They need to grill the meat and also grill the buns so people get a hot sandwich. The burgers have been cold since I moved here 5 years ago. So I almost never go back. When I do it is the same disappointment. The sides are normally hot and good. The drinks are good but always too much ice.
