I highly recommend Soojib for your k-pop shopping. They have a great choice of artists and wide range of albums and merch to choose from. Their prices are very reasonable and albums often come with member choices and a choice of pre-order benefits which is a great bonus.

I’ve now had 12 successful orders fulfilled, packed well and shipped quickly after album release. Song is really helpful, kind and has great communication and customer service. Will definitely be shopping again and would absolutely recommend Soojib!!

I asked the store in advance before ordering about member sorting for certain pobs, as it would have been the only reason to order the album for me (I get a high number of the album through other orders so I didn't needed that). They said that they will try, but didn't inform me in advance that they are only ordering very low amounts of that album and that for the chances are very low to zero to get what I want to make me order the albums/make money. A decent store would inform customers when being asked such questions.

Second the package had been directly shipped from Korea, which wasn't stated anywhere. They just mention that shipping to Germany will be by DHL Express, which isn't uncommon for packages from the UK so I didn't wonder. I would have never ordered if I had known that the albums are coming directly from Korea as usually Korean staff never answers member requests for POBs.

Sadly this isn't my first bad experience with the shop, had some trouble with them last year as well with another order but I thought to give them a second chance. Now I know better. Keep your hands off this store, they are only wanting to make money and aren't really caring for their customers. I never had an European K-Pop store which acted this way and where you have troubles to get the POB you are asking for, because they are ordering decent amounts of the albums and if not they will let you know and you can decide to order with that information in mind.

They aren't even trying to find a solution nor caring about their customers. I clearly know that member wishes aren't guaranteed but never ever I had a store not delivering even one of your rankings, usually you get what you are asked for and if not your second ranking- but well these stores are also informing you properly about all these matters when being asked for a certain member pob.
