This company is a scam...ripping off small business Cherrybomb Collective by using their photos to promote awfully made cheap knockoffs. Do not buy! Please support the original creator who I can say is genuine and so lovely and uses upcycled fabric and t-shirts with a bring back scheme recently introduced. I have multiple dresses from them and all get so many compliments. Please support Emma and not this scam business!

Feel like this is a scam. Dress turned up eventually so poorly made. Waist bank which was a feature was not as advertised and pleats irregular. Generally very poor quality and would never wear it! Refund process is unacceptable and I wish I had known this. You fund your own return and at present I doubt I will ever see my money. Dress was not as advertised and tatty.

I bought a swimsuit but when I received and tried it, it did not fit well. I have tried to return for refund or exchange but have been told that I can only get 20% of the price I paid. The merchandise is also of poor quality.

If I could give a minus rating i would. I ordered a product for $50.00. It was not satisfactory. I tried to return and was told i could only exchange. I selected an equivalent item to exchange. Then they said they were having site problems and could not process at the moment. a Month passed. I reached out again for my product which I had already emailed what I wanted. They then said I was past the timeline. I pointed out that I had responded in a timely manner, they then said I had to pay a small processing fee for the exchange. A fee of $22.00 almost half the cost of the item. They obviously wanted to keep my original $50.00 and provide nothing for it, which is what they did. I am not sending them anymore money and dont recommend others deal with them. I wish i had known prior to purchasing.

I am absolutely disguisted with the coat I bought. Dont anyone touch this site. It's a scam. The trench coat is nothing like the photo. Even Temu wouldn't charge $140.00 for a piece of Chinese shit.

So finally my piece of rag has been delivered .I paid £44.62 for a Isabella coat still being advertised on goggle as a classic coat worth about £98 but worth about a fiver in second hand shop Having read all the reviews now something should be done to shut this site Down Please don’t buy from them it’s a scam

Lesson learned! A handbag eventually arrived. It was like child’s bag, small and plastic-looking with poor stitching. It in no way resembled the pictures of quality bags on the website.

This is a scam company. Ads on Google pop up regularly with the same theme - always an older lady retiring or a reliable UK company closing down. To begin with, it was easier to spot the scams as they have no geographical address in the UK. However, I’ve noticed that the newer ads do contain a geographical address - but made-up addresses! There are so many of these companies - either nothing arrives, or something quite unlike the goods advertised. You’re actually in a better position if you get nothing, if you’ve paid by credit card, as the card company has the ability to charge back the cost to the criminal gang. The scams are run by large networks of Chinese criminals. Please report to Action Fraud and the site you saw the product advertised. Really, the tech companies need to stop hosting these scams, it’s not credible to argue that they can’t spot them.

AVOID AVOID AVOID this company. They call themselves London but are actually based in China. The quality of Fabric is awful & they don’t accept returns unless you post to China. They will also try not to give you a refund at all.

SCAM COMPANY - DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

I bought a jacket months ago, it didn't fit, and was told to return for a 50% refund. Never got the refund, and my parcel has just turned up months later "rejected/returned to sender".

They take your money, send bad quality clothes and stoped responding! PLEASE please do not buy from them. Disgusting.

I ordered a jacket that looked well-made in the advert, but what arrived was completely different – cheap, badly made, and nothing like the photos. Their return policy says you have 14 days, but when I asked to return it, they offered me a 10% refund and told me to keep the jacket. I refused – why keep something I won't wear?

Eventually, they gave me a return address in China, which was frustrating and clearly not what you'd expect from a company that pretends to be UK-based. I still returned the item, paying for international postage. After that, Sarah kept saying they "haven’t received the parcel" and that it "might be lost". It's been a while now, and still no refund.

The whole experience has been dodgy from start to finish. I’ve submitted a report to Action Fraud UK – they deal with online business scams – and I hope they look into this company. I just want to warn others: if you don’t want to waste your money or time, avoid Sophia-Rose.

Parcel never arrived. Refused to give me a refund. Sent emails saying they resent items never happened either. Looking at previous reviews they just take peoples money absolutely disgusting company

Complete and utter liars. Do not use. Won’t accept returns won’t give me a refund. Took ages to arrive. Expensive for shein factory clothes. Not genuinely in London. Ships from china.

Absolute scam!!! Disgraceful don’t ever buy from this site. They are total fraudsters!

took a month for item to arrive, none of it fitted. took a month to get returns address. paid 37 pound for the return tracked. they still have not received the package they say and now i have tried to do a charge back but i am unable to do so as it ha just gone past the 6 month window. they purposely drag it out so it goes past the window for me to claim my money back. 150 odd pound gone.

Scam. Product quality is so so bad and you're not able to return after so many emails back and forth.

I have ordered over €500 worth of merchandise from this company . Placed the order mid November 24 and I’m still waiting ,it’s now February 25 . This is a complete scam and it’s a website I feel people need to be warned about

Received an cardigan which looked nothing like the advertisement. Complained by email. After many emails I was told I would get a 50% refund as sending it back to China would cost more than the item and having done this with another company they just reject it at customs and it comes back months later. Still no refund received despite many follow up emails sent and received promises - just total lies. Please do not buy from this company. It's total trash.

Absolutely awful company. Waited 4 weeks for an item to arrive and it never did. I reached out and told them and the email didn’t even seem like they read what I’d said. After exchanging numerous emails, advising I hadn’t received my item, and asking for a refund they told me they did me a “gesture of good will” and would send out another. It’s now been a further 3 weeks, and still nothing. When emailed again, I was told to wait a little longer and I would receive the “amazing product” after reading reviews of the site now… I highly doubt it.

I wouldn’t waste your time, when ordering the delivery time frame was 5-7 days, when I ordered, and received tracking, it was then in fact coming from Hong Kong, which I immediately knew it would take a lot longer than 5-7 days.

They have tried blaming the “busy period” which it was when I ordered, but now we are at the end of January, there’s no excuses.

Hopefully I’ll receive a refund for the non receipt of goods but please don’t waste your time or money ordering from here.
