After 2 months working with the Sopro…

After 2 months working with the Sopro team, this is currently our best performing cold channel. Great team, responsive to feedback and always available for additional help. Also proactive in suggesting new avenues/approaches.
After 2 months together, we have not yet had the conversion rate (1 instead of planned 6) we were hoping for, but we are consistently bringing in quality leads (we are also entering a new market as an unknown company so that is for sure playing a role). The response rate to Sopro outreach is much much higher to what we were able to achieve with our internal cold emailing (and the quality of leads higher), so the numbers check out for us. There are also other aspects to the platform (website high intent tracking and outreach, webchat, adsync) that are of great help as well and help us stay connected to prospects.

Game-changing

I wasn’t sure what to expect going in, but Sopro has genuinely surprised me in all the right ways. We’ve been working together for a few months now, and what stands out is how easy they make things. Dina and João have been consistently reliable, very quick to respond, open to feedback, and always thinking ahead.

They’ve helped us develop clear, targeted outreach in English and Spanish, and the quality of conversations we’ve seen so far has been a big step up from what we’ve had in the past. They’re actively involved week to week adjusting based on what’s working.

Extremely satisfied with the service!

We’ve been working with Sopro for around 4 months now, and they’ve been absolutely fantastic. From day one, Dina and João have been incredibly attentive, proactive, and easy to work with. They’ve taken the time to understand our goals and messaging drafting content both in Spanish and English, and the quality of leads and conversations we’ve had as a result has been excellent and we’re still optimising as we go which is exactly the kind support they’re about.

I have been getting unsolicited emails…

I have been getting unsolicited emails from this company for weeks now. The communication is very amicable, as if I have known them for years, which I find super annoying and rude. Besides, I have no interest, never asked for a service or information and yet they keep harassing you. They are like annoying jehovah witnesses harassing you at the front door. NO NO NO I am not interested and throw your mails in my junk box, leave me (and the rest of the world) alone!

A Sceptic Converted - 6 Stars

I was originally sceptical about multi-platform prospecting services but the response to the first 3 weeks of a 3 month campaign has exceeded all my expectations. Nydia and Veronika took us through all aspects of campaign preparation from the technical set up, CRM and LinkedIn integration to patiently crafting our complex message that has clearly cut through. 10 presentations in two weeks and all with the right level of seniority. Customer service has been first class and response to my queries has always been prompt with all issues resolved. I would recommend them to anyone looking to take their sales to the next level and build a quality pipeline. I wish I could give them 6 stars. Big thanks to Nydia, Veronika and all the crew at SoPro

I rarely feel compelled to review a company, however this one was unbelievable.
I called in reference to a query, which personnel manages data for SoPro.
The operator who answered the call told me he wouldn't enquire onward on who this was, and that I should look up on linkedin myself for who this person is, then call back. When prompted, quote, "I'm too busy to do that" "it's quite lazy"

Genuinely unbelievable.

Great ROI and service

The ROI from SoPro has been great over the past 3.5 years we've been working with them. We've got a great account team that looks after us and proactively test new things within our account. Only thing that could improve experience is having a plug-in to Microsoft Dynamics on prem. for an easier handling of the leads generated.
