Ordered from this company and it got refused at customs so the items were delivered back to the sender - I’ve not had an email about re delivery so I emailed them…3 times about a refund as I no longer want or need the product. I’ve not had a reply to my emails and it’s been a month now.
DO NOT ORDER FROM SOSU!

Great company, fast delivery

Bad packaging. The lids on the tanning mousse are poorly manufactured & leak. Not a good consistency either. Colour & formulation v different on ad. Waste of money

Product arrived damaged and I've been waiting for more than two weeks for a resolution from customer services. Not the experience I expected from one of my favourite cosmetic brands.

Be careful with this company. They massively overcharged me and when I contacted them they told me they decided to do this because the shipping was a lot more than they originally thought. I told them I’d never have agreed to this price but they never refunded me or cancelled the order. Charging more than was promised and then refusing to refund or cancel, is a violation of consumer law.

Extremely disappointed in this company of late. I would of been a regular customer in the past however I just kind of went off the products. Thought I would give them another try and made a Christmas order for some gifts, only to be sent a damaged box of brushes. Clearly they had been packaged damaged as the outer box was fine. After contacting the company they advised that I could keep the brushes and get a discount as 'good will' for my next order or return the brushes for a refund. I decided on the return as it was too close to Christmas and I had to go buy another gift. I have sent countless emails since this and posted back the boxes however I am still awaiting my refund. £40.70 in total as it cost me almost £13.70 to send back to brushes from the North of Ireland.
I can understand why sosu does not seem to be as popular anymore.
I fully support Irish brands but this has been far from acceptable and reading other reviews, I am not the only one.

Time to up the game!!

Really frustrated with this company - ordered 2 lots of dripping gold mousse on 1st December and has still not arrived. I have contacted multiple times to be told to check with the courier company myself (not my responsibility) over a month has passed now and still no offer of a refund.

Totally frustrated with this company. Accidentally ordered wrong colour of a fake tan for a gift. Used post returns to send whole order back unopened. Provided proof a post had delivered over a week ago. 17 emails later to customer service and still no resolution. Wondering if this company is a scam?

I placed my order for the underwear & face pallet whilst watching an instagram live & my order arrived in only two days. The underwear is lovely & gives a beautiful sheen to my skin alone or under makeup. The face pallet is brilliant , I love cream products & this does not disappoint. My skin looks so healthy & fresh after using it. It’s also so handy to bring in your handbag instead of a clutter of products & searching for them. I love sosucosmetics & they are a staple in my makeup box, these two products are a great addition to it.
