First of all, thank you for bringing high-quality plant-based dining to Copenhagen. Over the years I've had some genuinely great meals here, and I truly appreciated having a restaurant that showed just how exciting vegan food can be.

Sadly, those experiences end here.

I never expected a business built on plant-based values to choose the opposite direction by opening a restaurant serving animal products. Even more disappointing was seeing this promoted directly to your vegan customers through newsletters and social media, as if we should celebrate a move away from the very values that made many of us support you in the first place.

The world doesn't need another restaurant serving meat, fish and other animal products. It needs more places proving that incredible food can be created without exploiting animals.

For me, this decision completely changes what your brand stands for. I respect your right to make that choice, but I also have the right to choose where I spend my money.

Thank you for the memories and the meals, but this is where our journey ends.

Den bedste vegansk sted i Kbh. Maden er altid frisk og af høj kvalitet, hyggelig stemning og venlig personale.

Betaler ikke deres regninger.
Vi har leveret burger boller til dem siden 2022, og har ellers haft et ok samarbejde.
Men nu skylder de os over 70.000 kr. Vi har fået alverdens undskyldninger, men stadig ikke vores penge. Vi er en mindre virksomhed, hvor det er mange penge for os.
Jeg kan se, at de på deres webside fremhæver alle deres flotte artikler, men når de ikke betaler deres regninger kan jeg altså ikke se at der er noget at prale over.

Had quite a bad experience, the burger itself was good (vegetables and beond meat patty were good), however the sauce was so salty that it ruined the experience. The server also forgot one of our burgers, but made it rather quickly so no complains on that.

For the worse part, when commented on the saltiness, the owner decided to answer with 'just stop eating maybe', which is extremely rude and unprofessional. That was based on three other reviews that I have left to other places that had bad service (completely unrelated to his restaurant).

Would never eat here again- not because of the burger saltiness, but the owners.

I’m a huge fan. Personally I think it’s the best Plantbased restaurant in Copenhagen. They put so much thought into their menu. I love that the sauces and dips are made in-house. The service is always so friendly and international. I can’t recommend Souls enough! And FYI their brunch & their burgers are amazing!

Spiste på Souls Melchiors Plads d 26/10. Burgeren var kold da den kom til servering. Man sidder alt, alt for tæt. Ikke nogen god oplevelse. De to stjerner er for smagen i den kolde burger

If you're a Vegan- this is the place to go in Copenhagen.

Without any doubt the best vegan restaurant in Copenhagen! Always fresh veggies, amazing compositions, tasty meals and nice staff + the prices are very good and the portions are huge! You have to try it!

Meget hyggeligt sted med imødekommende personale. Dog skal du huske din dansk-engelsk-ordbog, da de kun taler engelsk.
Deres kun veganske menu er imponerende, dog smager deres burger... interessant. Man kunne vænne sig til det, og det blev ret lækkert, tror jeg? Deres grøntsager var så lækre og friske.
Maden var også lige lidt længe om at komme, men det er ikke fordi, det var en uudholdelig ventetid.
For at opsummere var det et dejligt sted med... andre smage. Ellers meget godt.

I am lactose intolerant, so finding delicious lactose-free food that does not require me to take a special pill is hard. Soul's is that one place, where I go regularly, because I am repeatedly amazed at how tasteful vegan food can be. The staff is friendly and the food menu is big :)
Not to mention the concept is great - Eat Like You Give A Fork about the world, your health and those poor industry tortured animals.

Ok food, had too high expectations, and was quite disappointed. I had the brunch plate and only liked the granola, the fresh fruit, and the hummus. The homemade lemonade was also good. Service was rather questionable as it often seemed like the servers were just standing around.

Now what irks me is how long it took to get a server to order, seems like the staff is not attentive enough to customers even though they can see you’re waiting to order. I had to go up to the counter and ask whether we should order at the counter or not, and they said would come to me Secondly, the plate my food was served on: there was some gold looking sticky paste that they tried to cover up with the pancakes, which I didn’t eat, so I can’t tell you much about the pancakes. I asked the server what the gold paste was and they said they use it to fix their plates when they break, now I find that a little unhygienic. On my way out of the restaurant I see another plate covered in the same gold paste used for decoration in the restaurant.

Best vegan food I've ever had! And at a fair price even. Staff also very nice. Tables are quite near each other but the atmosphere was nevertheless 'hyggelig'. I'll be back for another food baby. :O)

Den bedste veganske oplevelse til dato. Mums hvor maden er lækker. og et hyggeligt sted at sidde med veninderne, både inde og ude. min varmeste anbefaling... Prøv især deres brunch wow
