Ordered the wrong size and got in touch with soulstar and they said they would chanpge the size for me as my goods had not been dispatched yet which they did and the shorts i purchased are great quality

Poor quality
Stitching came undone after about an hours use. Left a hole so they've been immediately demoted to work ware. Quality is poor.

Despite numerous attempts to contact you via multiple contact methods we didn't get this resolved until Thursday 14/12/23. Your package was sent out on the very night we resolved the issue. MJ Carbon Camo Jacket Quality problems.
Having had the MJ CARBON Camo &Cord Jacket for 6/8 months and only worn occasionally, I am disappointed with the finish of both button holes and buttons, ALL, ALL of which have had to be replaced. The button holes have ALL frayed and there's some seams that have not 'caught' the material.
I really didnt expect these faults being a British made garment. NOTE... Cant find the jacket on your website. I guess, discontinued... ?

We work Monday - Friday 10am - 6pm, unfortunately you messaged out of hours Friday night so we did not reply until first thing Monday morning. We also do state in the returns policy that we do not offer free returns, only free standard UK delivery.
