The gift was an absolute success and it was such a great surprise that will last!

I can't wait to gift the necklace with the NPC playable charm to my partner who recently lost someone special to him. It took awhile for me to figure out how to play the NPC charm. So some step by step instructions would have been helpful.

It was very easy to have a small memento of their mother created for my daughters - from selecting the necklace and uploading the sound file to approval and delivery of the final products.

Not only was the design process easy and straightforward, I was able to easily make a few changes via direct contact with Mike through email. The finished product arrived much faster than expected, and my wife loves her anniversary present for our wood year.

It took me a long time to figure out which item I wanted to get my fiancé because they are all so unique, after looking and researching the products that I knew he would like best, I chose the solid walnut block and it is beautiful. It was easy to upload the sound I wanted and I got to see a preview of it which I thought was super cool. After ordering I wanted to make sure I had ordered on time to give to my fiancé, Mike was super quick to respond to my email and very friendly. It really does take as long as it says, but that’s because they are handcrafted and totally worth the wait. This was so personal and special and unexpected that it’s one of my favorite gifts I’ve ever given. I will be a return customer for sure, we’re even thinking of getting our wedding bands from here!
