I had a cooker delivered but it didn’t fit properly because it was a bit more bulky than first thought so these guys brought me another one the very next day that fit perfect swapped it for me and it was like new and they went out of there way for us and the oven was lovely like new these guys helped out when needed

Please avoid at all costs. The washing machine delivered had a problem with the door and was never replaced. They claim that they give 3 months guarantee but is not true. The owner of the company told me to wait until he comes across another washing machine with the same door so he could give it to me and to date I never heard from him. Please look elsewhere, these are scammers

**SCAMMERS AND FRAUDSTERS**

I am 9 months pregnant and ordered a cooker through this scum company! Hob top didn't work at all and grill filled my flat with fishy odour of smoke. It was not representitive of the advert and was full of rust. Asked for my refund and the owner was rude telling me he'll replace it. I told him I simply wanted a refund. I was told no at no point would that happen. He's all over Facebook Marketplace under all different names so PLEASE BE AWARE of these total scumbags who prey on the vulnerable. I now have a very unsafe cooker in my 4th floor property. Nowhere does it state that refunds will not be given at any point.

These people are inhumane and show no level of decency! Absolute wronguns. Hopefully karma catches up soon!

Purchased a washing machine. WAS BROKEN. He replaced with another one and Stopped working after 2 days. The owner did not answered my calls from my number and had to call with a different number: he said it is my problem.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRAUDULENT BUSINESS.

Bought a oven delivered quickly but was worse condition then expected and had a suprise charge to bring it to my door that wasn't mentioned, rude people and not careful when moving the item, next time I would avoid and just buy new

I had a fridge delivered to me not in the same condition as it was advertised. There’s a dent and scratch marks that are clearly visible and which were covered by a large sticker. To begin with the delivery men were rude and has caused damages to my home including my door and floors. After messaging one of the workers they stated that the delivery men dropped the fridge. So they were aware of the damages they caused and failed to inform me. I’ve have been back and forth with multiple people to issue me a refund and collect the damage fridge to which they all continue to ignore me. The supposed manager agreed to a refund but hasn’t shown up, there is a clear lack of customer service and accountability alongside constant lies which person is which. At one point the supposed delivery driver called me and began discussing inappropriate behaviour regarding his male genitals.

I was charged £389 for a fridge freezer they charge £440 for brand new. With a missing clip. They took £10 off for but that clip replacement is £30. And they stopped responding to my messages. They “Offer free delivery” but what that actually means is they dump it on your lawn. I paid the guys delivering it an extra £50 to just bring it inside, im a small woman im not carrying a fridge inside: when we did get it in i opened it up and it was rancid. It smelled rotten, had damage hidden from the photos and even after deep cleaning it the smell still didn’t go away. Avoid these people. At this point just buy it new.
