Parking was great and staff were very helpful. Only disappointed that the only choice to park for a cruise was pre-set by the cruise line for 8 days and we only needed 7, No credit adjustment available.

arrived in the daytime. They need some kind of deli, restaurant, or any small venue to get a bite to eat. At dinner time we walked around looking for a place to eat and many places were closed. Desk people did not help at all. They offer breakfast which was nice, but to sit and get a cup of coffee, or a drink or even a small bite during the day or evening would have been nice, considering the price you pay for the room. it would have been convenient.

Quick service for pick-up and very pleasant driver!! Waiting at the cruise port was a bit chilly with a strong wind standing out in the open. Lot seemed safe and secure upon our return. Again, the driver was very accomodating!

Worst streets in the country! GPS was pretty much useless with helping to find our destination. Don't care to ever visit again :(

Greating parking and shuttle before cruise however no return shuttle. You have to walk back to parking lot. Was not told this before hand

This is the first time using South Boston Waterfront Transportation Center Parking and I would definitely use again! Found the lot easily, the shuttle was waiting, and off we went to the cruise ship. Just as easy on the way back. The driver and the parking lot attendant were friendly and helpful.

I went to where my GPS took me and parked in the garage. When I treid to get out was going to be charged 298 despite having prepaid. A staff member was very helpful and everything turned out fine. As I was walking to the garage noticed the parking lot for the cruise parking. So would be nice to tell people it is an outdoor lot and not the big parking garage. I was in the wrong lot. The staff member who helped me was very nice an was able to fix my problem.

Dropoff and drive to the port terminal was fine. But returning we went to where we were told to meet the van, but after 1/2hour no van. Called the number asked if we were in the right place, she could not tell us where to meet the van. We told her the address where we were waiting, and had no idea where that was. She said just wait the vann will be around! We ended up taking an UBER.

The cruise parking is convenient and appreciated. The shuttle service makes a good opportunity a perfect opportunity. We have used it twice and look forward to using it again.

Just found out last week that I may need to reserve parking for the cruise out of Boston in October. We are used to driving to Pt. Canaveral Florida and get parking that day. Hope we got the right one, we have never cruised out of Boston so we will see if this is close to the port and I can walk or get shuttled to ship

The site seemed easy to use, I was able to reserve the dates I needed. I just hope I can find the lot!

I have reserved parking prior to a cruise on October 2. The instructions talked about using a QR code when I parked. I kept trying to print the parking pass and got nothing. i finally called the phone number on the screen and was told that I didn't need a QR code. I driving to Boston from Colorado. I have never used your service before. The instructions were confusing.

It was so easy to arrange
for parking while on a cruise. Sure beats flying.

Paid ahead and worked out great. Easy to enter and park. Easy to exit and get back on highway. Great parking for seaport area.

website unreliable. Printed info does not match that on the site. Had to call twice to verify. Very shaky.
