purchased a new inspire bench and leg extension attachment for my ft equipment. I also purchased the cable and pulley attachments which I am still waiting for. was originally told it would be a further 3 days which has turned into nearly 2 weeks. I have rang several times for feedback only to be told someone would get back to me.
still waiting.
I have spent over $7K at this place in the last couple of years I don't think this matters.

This company sold me a walking machine which was delivered.and setup on a Friday. and three faults were found and reported the next day Saturday,not the salesman’s fault not retailers fault not my fault just faulty electronics with horizon machine he sent technicians out Monday but they could not get the three problems fixed, I then phoned the salesman whilst his techs were in my house the salesman tried to call it warranty problems, I disagreed and told him it was a faulty machine I asked for an exchange or refund, no exchange he said, in a later email he said I would never be happy with the machine??and got a partial refund over a week later, men who set up machine in my house were excellent lady in showroom very good, salesman knowledge of this company’s machines was woeful salemans knowledge of consumer law woeful, he was more interested in selling the machine than than giveing after sales service, ( had factory contact me for warranty work) for heavens sake talk about walking away from a small set off problems it was only a day old when I complained.they left me $200.00 worse off, don’t touch them with a barge pole.

stuffed around many times.. given the wrong product that we had to stuff around and return. made to go between warehouse and shop when products were not even there... complete joke will NEVER return
