There was no friction with staff however i have had issues with my $2400 Vision S7100 Elliptical cross trainer from day one.

The unit was purchased on 11.04.18 with a defect and is yet to be fixed as of 20.08.18!

After sales support has been slow to non existent. Wrong parts, waiting on parts from China, weeks and weeks pass by without any updates.

Whilst SCF can reasonably argue this issue lays with the manufacturers warranty and there support staff it does not change the fact i bought an expensive unit in good faith and it was faulty from day one. Not Happy.

Very good experience, staff were able to give me a great price on some fitness equipment and were happy to help in any way possible.

Purchased a spin bike on 12 April 2018 and it was delivered to my home in it's original packing. When using the bike I could hear a squeak from the left side pedal crank area. I called the shop and explained the problem and they said they would get one of their guys to come out and have a look at it. It is now 6 May 2018 and I am disappointed that nobody has been out to check it.
