SOXOS Custom Face Socks Bewertungen

I ordered at the end of November and was hoping my order would be delivered within 2 weeks. Unfortunately UPS lost my package (NOT SOXOS fault) and it was not delivered. I reached out to Eugene and he was very open with communicating about options and they ultimately remade my order and shipped it out as soon as they could. Eugene kept me in the loop the whole time and even sent me photo updates of the order being made. I really appreciate the open communication and the prompt resolution!

Eugene at SOXOS Canada provided prompt replies to our questions, clear guidance on how to fulfill the best order for our needs, and overall was patient and helpful in the custom ordering process. We had a unique style we wanted to see on our company socks, and they turned out wonderfully thanks to the excellent customer service provided by SOXOS.

Recently completed our first order from SOXOS and it won't be our last. The experience was great. Responsive communications, quick shipping, good quality, and reasonable price. Thanks for all of the support with the design iterations!

I'm SO SO SOOOOO happy with how my socks came out. This team was so easy to work with. I called them first to confirm if I would get my order in time for Christmas and they made sure the entire process went smoothly and followed up with me every step of the way. They're also crazy reasonable in terms of price and the socks are such great quality. I'm 100% using these guys to print socks again!!

I had the BEST experience with this company and the socks were perfect!! I had a question about delivery and I got a quick answer from a human being (not a bot).
The socks are high quality and they turned out perfectly. I'll be ordering more!

The socks came out great, my sister recognized her cat's face immediately. Great quality. I like that you can make suggestions to the artist if you want the mock-up changed, but I was happy with the work they did right away.

Delivery got disrupted by the postal strike, and FleetOptics lost the order for weeks without explanation. Even though the situation was out of SOXOS' control, they still gave me a refund for the shipping fees! Considering I paid extra to avoid using Canada Post this year, I was very pleased. Their customer relations are amazing and I would definitely recommend them even after the delay.

Every Christmas I give my husband socks with our daughters' face on them. It's the perfect gift! The socks are great quality and the pictures of the faces on them look perfect and hold up very well in the wash. Highly recommend!

Bought a bundle, 3 socks and a mug, all images are great, they were a gift that was very well received. I’m already a repeat customer for the last few years and it’s the quality that brings me back.

I bought three pairs of "Best Daddy Ever" socks for my partner, each pair with one of our kids face. The socks made it just in time for the holidays and were wonderful - the colours were very vibrant and the picture quality was amazing. My partner and the kids absolutely loved them. I would order socks from here again.

Working with Eugene and Soxos was awesome. We ordered socks for staff with our company logo and the communication was excellent and the socks turned out great! Staff love them. Highly recommend Soxos!

The custom socks I ordered came out fantastic! The quality and colors are so vibrant. Eugene was incredibly helpful and patient, answering all my questions. Plus, the turnaround time was super quick! I would absolutely recommend SOXOS to anyone!

Bought a pair for my dad as a gift with my two cats as the decoration. SO WORTH THE PRICE! Love them. Came out awesome.

I was in need of some custom socks to gift my clinician on behalf of myself and my colleagues at the end of our rotation with him. We needed the order rushed and my experience with Soxos was amazing! They were very accomodating throughout the whole process. We needed 8 faces on the socks and they made the process easy to do (their site lists max of 4). They were quick to respond, design and create the product. The quality of the product was excellent! The socks were high quality as was the print. They had it ready for me sooner than I expected- I had approved of the design in the morning and it was ready by the afternoon. The whole process only took a few days. I wasn't expecting to receive them so quickly and was very pleasantly surprised with the overall experience. Highly recommend!
