Space General Bewertungen

This is my first time shopping online with Space General, and I made my purchase based on positive reviews from other customers. I bought the Mariah 4-Tier Ladder Bookshelf in Rustic Brown.

The packaging was excellent, with the items securely wrapped and tightly packed in the box, preventing any movement or damage during shipping. The instruction manual was straightforward, and assembly was quick and easy.

The bookshelf itself is sturdy, modern, and complements my décor perfectly. I haven't "styled" the bookshelf yet, so I don't have a photo to share at this time. I’m also considering purchasing more items from Space General in the future. My experience with customer service was great, with quick responses and a fast turnaround time.

Excellent communication and customer service! While the product didn't live up to expectations, the company made it right be sending me a replacement unit for no charge.

An awesome company to buy from. They are helpful and generous. Their products are excellent quality and value for money. Will be more than happy to purchase from them again.

cat tree I purchased is exactly as advertised, was on pre order but arrived promptly as soon as it arrived in their facility. Cat very happy and purchaser will use Space General again.

Would prefer to see certain items in person before purchasing but having a fair and reasonable return policy helps.
Would recommend you make sure you are 100% certain before purchasing any products that require assembly.
Have purchased from this place a couple times now, shipping is quick and items are good quality

Excellent product, exactly what l wanted for my home office. It is fully Metal which is hard to find, cool design, sturdy, great rollers and lockable. Packaging and delivery was amazing. Highly recommend.

Still waiting for cabinet to arrive😔
The courier company was at fault. Sending it up to the Bay of Islands not yo the Bay of Plenty
Space General was so helpful and kept me informed.
Thank you

So many great things to say about this shopping experience. Firstly price. Amazing. We have the same filing cabinets at work and this one was half the price! It also arrived after only 2 days which was super quick!
I know the packaging is a funny thing to rave about, but so often things arrive with poor packaging and transit damage. This was the opposite and even the packaging was super high quality with metal edge corner and surface protectors as well as polystyrene. So so happy with this purchase which fits perfectly in my rather narrow space. Will definitely shop here again. Thank you.

Very happy with watch box. Looks smart and I’m very happy with the product. Just have to tighten husbands watch straps to fit snuggly in

Super happy!
Items were delivered quickly and well packaged, very easy to put together and look great

Fast delivery, easy payment, no hassle, easy to assemble and exactly as expected and as pictured

I’ve brought a couple of the Vasagle 6 tier shelves now and they’ve both arrived very fast. Great value for money and always reliable service from space general

Was delivered 2days after placing order, which was fast azzzz....upon setting up ( not myself, by the way, my teen put it together) took about 45 mins to an hour just her, was pleasantly surprised how high it actually was ( my teen is 5ft 10) so just abit higher than her) the shelving is sturdy az...very pleased with portable wardrobe, very light to move around, side note, if you erect before placing it you will have troubl manoeuvring tight door ways, I would suggest put together where it is going to be used or be prepared to pull apart to fit through door ways...

Fantastic service, needed this in a hurry and it was delivered the next day! Great customer service and good quality product.

Easy website to navigate on. Product quality is great. Fast shipping.

The Feandrea cat tree/house arrived promptly, was easy to put together and looks plush and is strong.
Just waiting for my cat who has been eyeing it up and sitting down the bottom, to take the plunge and jump up the top!

Fast shipping. And I'm very satisfied with the stainless steel dish rack I bought.
