Excellent customer service!
Thank you for the best service! NZPOST made the mistake twice by delivering the parcels to the wrong address. However, because of your good service, I will not keep the replacement you had to send twice!
I am going to return the item and thanks for providing the best service.

ANNOYING
Ordered the 143cm cat tree. Very easy to assemble until the box needed to be bolted. No hole through the fabric. AWKWARD. Delivery a little slow. Ordered a Monday b4 Easter. So there was 4 days. Very solid so here's hoping it's a good investment.

Thank you for your patience and understanding, and for bringing this matter to our attention. Thank you.

We had already bought 2 of these…
We had already bought 2 of these bookcases but a short time later needed another to match. Space General had none in stock but had a response box asking if we wanted to be notified when they got more in, which we did. We had to wait a little while but were indeed contacted about new stock arrival. We ordered straight away and the shelf unit arrived a couple of days later. Very good bookcase, would order again if needed.
