To be honest the online experience was leaving a lot to be desired until I contacted the support and was helped by Sarah. Not only did she try to understand my predicament but gave me information to help and most importantly followed up with calls to make sure it was all sorted and I was satisfied with the outcome

Sarah at Spacer was very helpful and resolved the issue, namely that the owner of the space I wished to rent failed to provide access to the space, so I had to cancel the booking which Sarah attended to politely and efficiently and refunded my payment.

As a renter, I used Spacer to park my car from 2018 until now (May 2026). I never experienced any issues during this time until my Host texted me and asked me to vacate their car space on two separate occasions without taking into consideration the 30 cancellation notice period - at which point, Clarisse at Spacer came to my rescue! When I expressed concern about my car remaining in a space when the Host clearly wanted me out, Clarisse was fantastic to deal with and also assisted me with receiving my bond for the remote control after I returned it to the Host on the day I vacated and received a delay from them to confirm that I had done this. I have since found another car space advertised through Parkhound and look forward to continuing my loyalty through their sister company going forward!
