They want to give me half of what I paid for or a coupon for 20% off. They say I don't have to send the wrong product back if I will take the coupon. Company took responsibilty after I received a defective product and refunded my money.
While the product I received was defective and did not match what I originally saw upon ordering, the company took full responsibility and refunded my purchase in full.

Finally someone else contacted me and sent me a refund and said to keep the wrong product I received. Customer service is very important.

The emotional support calendar is not true to either the photos or the description. A waste of money! Cheap, tiny plastic gifts not crocheted as suggested.

The emotional support calendar looks as if there will be cute crocheted individual items in each door! The reality is they are cheap plastic “tokens” with pictures of crocheted figures. There is no way to ask for a refund just a random address in china to send it to at your own expense! Waste of money and a lesson learned not to order from them ever again!!! Lost my faith in online sales from companys like this
