Horrible experience!
I decided to trust them even though readong bad reviews...
It was a completely disaster....bad communication after I transferred the money. You can only communicate via whatsapp...they take days to reply...if you call them..there is a man (owner) that replies in a rude way as if he was making you a favor. Took so many days and my anxiety to have the boxes collected. Came 3 months late to Spain...3!! The worst thing was ALL BOXES...all of them came broken...even though I put everywhere "fragile" tag... it is embarrassing...not only gave me anxiety..also a lack of trust! I would pay 100 time more to hire a decent company that this joke of family bussiness...

I moved from the United Kingdom to Spain and it was within the agreed times, everything arrived whole. Then I made another move from Spain to the United Kingdom and it arrived the same day that I arrived in this country again. I recommend them.

I’m quite surprised by the negative reviews, as I’ve been using this company for about 3 years. It’s true they’ve gone through a lot of changes, but in my experience they’ve always been reliable.

They may not have been the fastest before, but they were definitely among the safest. Last week I sent 6 boxes, and they arrived perfectly.

With these guys, you don’t have to worry about hidden costs — the price they give you is the price you pay. Unlike another company I used once, where they quoted me one price and then changed it at delivery, claiming they wouldn’t carry items up to a first floor.

With Spaintransport, they bring everything up without any problem. They’re also very friendly.

I will definitely use them again.

Hice un pedido a finales de enero y, tras casi dos meses, nunca realizaron la recogida de mis cajas.
Durante todo el proceso hubo falta de comunicación, información contradictoria y múltiples retrasos. Solicité la cancelación el 4 de marzo, antes de cualquier recogida, pero la empresa se ha negado a realizar el reembolso alegando motivos inconsistentes.
Después de insistir en varias ocasiones y aportar pruebas, dejaron de responder completamente.
Muy mala experiencia y falta de profesionalidad. No recomendaría este servicio.

My experience with Spaintransport has been completely unacceptable and extremely stressful.

I hired them for a move from Spain to the UK with agreed collection dates. They simply did not show up. I was left completely stranded with no real solution, forcing me to rearrange my entire move at very short notice.

Communication is practically non-existent. Emails go unanswered, and the only way to contact them is by phone through one single person, Lucas. His attitude is highly unprofessional: arrogant, rude, and with no real intention of helping or resolving the issue.

Instead of offering proper solutions, they just give you the runaround and make empty promises. They tell you what you want to hear to buy time, but nothing actually happens. This only makes the situation worse and far more stressful.

Most concerning of all: they take no responsibility whatsoever. If you are expecting compensation or a refund, forget it.

❌ Empty promises
❌ Zero accountability

My advice is simple: look elsewhere. Using this company can turn an already stressful move into a complete nightmare

Terrible company. Would not recommend using them. They don’t commit to the times they show in their website, they treat the boxes like garbage (a few broken items) and the “insurance” does not respond to cover the damage.

Worst company I’ve ever used for sending a parcel/furniture between Spain and England.

I paid for the service in May. The first collection attempt was at the end of July, without coordinating with me and while I was on holiday. All messages asking to agree on a collection time were ignored. Then there was no communication until the end of November, when they sent a WhatsApp message at 11 p.m. on a Friday saying they would collect the next day — less than 24 hours’ notice.

After that, it was months of poor communication, ghosting, and rude responses. The parcel was finally delivered at the end of January.

Very unprofessional experience. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

Hice un pedido el 31 de mayo de 2025 para enviar dos cajas desde Londres a Salamanca, aprovechando una promoción llamada “Primavera 2025”. Desde el principio fue muy difícil obtener respuestas claras o concretar una fecha de recogida. En repetidas ocasiones escribí por WhatsApp sin recibir información útil ni confirmaciones.

El día 19 de junio, al no haber avances y acercarse nuestra mudanza definitiva fuera del país, escribí solicitando la cancelación y el reembolso por la falta de cumplimiento. En ese momento me llamaron inmediatamente por teléfono, explicando que habían tenido un accidente laboral y asegurando que las cajas se recogerían el viernes 21 o, como máximo, el lunes 23, y que “nunca habían dejado tirado a nadie”.

Sin embargo, el día 23 tampoco se presentaron ni avisaron. Volví a escribir y me indicaron que enviara un email para tramitar la devolución. Lo hice esa misma noche, pero no he recibido ninguna respuesta hasta ahora.

La experiencia ha sido muy estresante. Falta de comunicación, incumplimiento de plazos, promesas no cumplidas y nula atención al cliente. El servicio no se realizó y no se han hecho responsables. Estoy gestionando la devolución por otras vías.

No lo recomiendo en absoluto.

The worst experience ever! They cost as much as the big companies, they took a month to pick up the boxes… then after two months you ask them and they have the worst customer service ever… honestly it has been years since a company has made me feel so anxious!

I was in contact with this company to organize a moving from UK to Spain. I asked some questions but they not answer clear or not answer. He always has a little excuse to tell me about that. For sure, I didn't contrat this enterprise.
One day, I received an answer in which one person tell me that they had had a traffic accident the last week and they usually had problems with the vans,...

Despues de un mes sigo esperando que me devuelvan el dinero por el servicio que no realizaron. Estuve esperando 3 semanas a que viniesen a por los paquetes para mandarlos a españa y al final tuve que utilizar otra compañía (parcel2go) que no tardaron ni 48h en venir a por ellos. Mala organización y mala experiencia

I have used this company for more than 5 years. Since they have changed management all went downhill.
They took 2 weeks to collect my parcel (despite the collecting days advised). Then parcels arrived to UK 1 month later! And on top of everything, I live in a first floor and the driver told me I had to go and pick up the boxes from downstairs as they don't drop them by my door. Absolutely shocking!!

Meses de atrás an sido un poco regular, soy clienta desde hace varios años y lo primero que hay que entender que no podemos tener una caja en 2 días en uk, ( en mi caso ) ahora al cambiar la forma de trabajar y tener días fijos de salida es mejor porque sabes cuando sale la caja y cuando se entrega , sobre algunos comentarios que leído alguno llevan razón porque estos meses de atrás tardaron mucho pero apartir de enero cambiaron la forma de trabajar y muchísimo mejor a mi parecer , también chic@s entender que las cajas son de cartón y van en un camión una encíma de otra es decir si no las llenas hasta arriba se va a aplastar , pero es verdad que ellos una vez me pusieron un plástico negro para proteger mis cosas porque con el peso se rajó una caja .. en definitiva recomiendo nuevamente spaintransport Muchas gracias chicos

Mi experiencia fue muy buena, la recogida la hicieron en Dover para Valencia, el conductor que hizo la recogida fue muy amable y todo salió según lo presupuestado.

Lamentablemente, mi experiencia con Spain Transport ha sido completamente negativa. La falta de profesionalidad es evidente desde el primer momento. Los plazos de recogida y entrega que publicitan en su web no tienen nada que ver con la realidad. Si no estás constantemente detrás de ellos llamando y preguntando, es imposible saber cuándo van a recoger o entregar tu envío.

La comunicación es un auténtico caos. Si contactas con un número de teléfono, es probable que no te respondan. Si llamas a otro, quizá sí, pero te dan una información totalmente distinta. Luego, el que no te respondió antes te dice otra cosa diferente, y al final, nadie parece tener claro qué está pasando con tu paquete.

El servicio es un descontrol absoluto, como si un grupo de personas sin experiencia hubiera intentado montar una empresa de transporte sin tener ni idea de logística. No hay seriedad, no hay organización y, sobre todo, no hay compromiso con el cliente.

Definitivamente, no recomiendo en absoluto Spain Transport. Si necesitas un servicio fiable y profesional, te aconsejo que busques otra empresa.

Una vergüenza, super poco profesionales. Hicimos una mudanza a España y Portugal, la comunicación y servcio fue penoso. Se rompieron varios muebles durante la entrega, llegaron 3 meses más tarde. Se niegan a compensarnos de ninguna manera y se han desatendido totalmente. No lo recomendaría para nada e intentar evitarlo. Son mentirosos y poco profesionales.

It's the worst company you can use for your moving. They are really unprofessional. My parcels were so late! It took them two full months to move them from the UK to Spain and they give you excuses and tell you lies all the time. My parcels were damaged and I missed some items from my boxes. I was so stressed bc I thought they lost all my stuff. Finally the parcels arrived but in a very poor condition. They of course, don't want to know anything from me and are ignoring all my messages and calls. They should be ashamed of their services.

No la recomiendo en absoluto.

Mi experiencia con esta empresa ha sido bastante mala, tienes que estar detrás de ellos recordándoles que recojan las cajas, te ponen mil excusas.
2 meses me han tardado en llegar y encima vienen en mal estado las cajas machacadas!! La han embalado en una bolsa porque se la han cargado!
Ha sido un completo error dejar parte de mi mudanza con ellos, son pésimos!!

He enviado varios paquetes de España a Londres desde 2022. Nunca he tenido problemas y siempre que he necesitado ponerme en contacto con los responsables he recibido contestaciones rápidas.
En alguna ocasión el paquete ha llegado a destino la semana siguiente a la contratada pero son muchos los problemas que a veces surgen con las Aduanas y entiendo el retraso. Empecé a contratar con la empresa después de una nefasta experiencia con un envío con el servicio de Correos que pagué como servicio de transporte urgente y tardó en llegar un mes y medio. También por problemas con la Aduana según me explicaron

Es una experiencia pesima tardan semanas para recojer y entregar los paquetes siempre dandote largas y claro todo es culpa tuya no de ellos. Mande con ellos varias veces pero esta cada vez peor. Unos mentirosos y una empresa de pacotilla.
