Buyer Beware: Poor Communication and Incomplete Orders"


I am sharing this to warn other buyers about my experience with Spancal. I placed an order on December 7th for a Morphvise and three accessories (Desktop Workstation, Desktop Ball Mount, and a standard Ball Mount) totaling $408.85. While some items arrived before Christmas, the rest were significantly delayed.
Upon arrival, the Desktop Ball Mount ($89.95) was missing the essential ball piece and a necessary screw, making the entire mount useless. I reached out immediately via their website contact page and followed up with two additional emails. I received zero response at least six weeks
I eventually had to file a dispute through PayPal to get my $89.95 back for the incomplete item. Spancal finally surfaced on February 10th, blaming a "server issue" for the delay. Their only solution was for me to pay out-of-pocket to ship the defective/incomplete item back to them for a refund.
Because these accessories were meant to work as a complete system, the missing pieces and poor service have ruined the utility of the entire $400 purchase. A company that sends incomplete products and expects the customer to pay for the return shipping after months of silence is not one I can recommend. Save your money and buy from a company that stands behind their shipping accuracy and customer support.
Total Loss/Impact: $408.85 spent on a compromised "system."

spanel The worst experience I lost my job

I lost my job because of their Spanel panel, which has been plagued with problems all the time. The panel has been unstable since June 24, 2025, and there are always problems.

All of these are reminders, and each reminder has more than one problem.

I absolutely do not advise anyone to use Spanel if they want a fixed system, because every now and then you will contact them with problems, meaning you will not be able to concentrate on your work, and your work will be affected, and you will lose everything, just like me. This is my experience, and I lost a lot through it.
Block negative reviews. They try to offer you a free month to rewrite the review. They tried with me too.

Our records indicate that you had two active SPanel licenses, but these did not cover 40 accounts. In fact, your setup included two domains under our smallest license tier. One of these domains (x2**.top) was never active, and the other has since expired. For reference, our license tiers are designed for 5 (Entry), 30 (Pro), or 100 (Agency) accounts, and your subscription did not include the 100-account tier.

Support history:
From the tickets you submitted, only a few were related to technical issues. Two were resolved fully, and one clarified that your IP address had been blacklisted and that a PTR record was not configured. None of the tickets referenced SPanel stability concerns or ongoing panel issues as described in your review.

Free month offer:
On occasion, we extend free service time as a goodwill gesture when clients experience difficulties. This is never linked to reviews—positive or negative. We value all feedback, and the complimentary month we offered was simply intended as a token of goodwill in response to the concerns you raised.

We understand your frustrations, but based on our records, the experience you described does not match your actual usage or timeline of services. In addition, despite publicly accusing ScalaHosting of causing you to lose clients and your job, you have also sent us emails asking for employment, as you "love" SPanel. This directly contradicts your review and does not align with our work ethics.

This is not your first negative review for the service and while we welcome constructive feedback, false accusations and the use of reviews as leverage should stop.

Lastly, it's worth noting that this review is listed under ScalaHosting, while SPanel is a standalone SaaS solution, separate from our main server infrastructure.

A Complete Disaster

A Complete Disaster – Spanel Erased My Entire Server and Didn't Care

If I could give zero stars, I would. Spanel has caused an absolute catastrophe for my business. They erased my entire server, wiping out all my websites, years of work, and critical data—without warning, without consent, and without any way to recover it. This is the kind of reckless incompetence that should not exist in a company handling servers and hosting solutions.

To make matters worse, their support is completely unresponsive and indifferent. When I reached out for help, hoping there was some way to restore my data, their attitude was dismissive at best. No real solutions, no accountability, just shrugging off the loss as if it were nothing.

A hosting provider’s primary job is data security, stability, and support—Spanel has failed miserably on all three fronts. If you value your business, your websites, and your sanity, stay far away. This company is an absolute disaster waiting to happen, and if you trust them with your data, be prepared to lose everything.

DO NOT USE SPANEL.

Ruining my business

I transferred my clients' websites to them and lost a lot.

The first thing is that the websites stopped and I lost my clients. Also, in the support chat, they tell my clients about their hosting company, although they told me that they would not do that, and the client took a screenshot, so some of my clients left me because of this.

The biggest problem I face is that the mail does not reach regular mail, but reaches random mail. Because the client had a website that was in cpanel, the mail was arriving without any problem, but when I transferred it to spanel, all the mail began to reach random mail, although I checked well that the IP is not in the mail block lists, and I also bought a new IP, but it still reaches random mail.

Everything has been destroyed for me because everything is good, but their mail reaches random mail. This is a very sensitive point because of which I lose a lot of clients.

I have contacted them a lot in order to solve the problem, but I do not find a useful response. They tell me to contact Google. How is this? Should I contact Google for all domains? I keep contacting Google every time a client buys a new domain. Will I work as a writer for this? I do not recommend it at all. It is still very difficult.

Missleading / False informations

Even if on their website it`s written on the product plans that for managed license you get free websites migrations, but it seems they are not, if you ask the support to help you with migrations, they ask for 5$ per account...

If that is correct, then yes, we can totally assist you with the migration, however we would have to charge you $5 per account. There's no need to generate backups with updraft or similar plugins, all we need is root SSH access to the server.

The Best VPS Support Ever

Without question the support offered on their managed SPanel service is above and beyond anything I have experienced previously.

Always they approach any support tickets in a positive, helpful way.

Never had and issue that they were unable to resolve and even when I get things wrong myself they don't apportion blame.

Can't rate them highly enough.

Have used them over a period of 3 years and the team is pretty much un-changed. The same names providing excellent day to day support.

If you need VPS hosting and aren't a guru when it comes to managing your own server then these guys are a must have.

Really fast

Really fast, and good experince with the support really friendly support by my dear Pavlin Lliev he is really good, and the rest of the team are also really fast and good, for real this is better than CPanel and Plesk, sPanel is the next generation and is the best Panel ever, Love u guys,.

Not stable, u'll need to pay for premium managed support to have their team resolving the problems of their control panel

You will be obligated to pay for a premium managed support to solve their control panel bugs and lack of stability. After that said, when u pay the managed support license the team behind are professional and good, they reply fast and are serious and they are open to fix problems caused by Spanel bugs or updates.

My personnal thinking, is finally Cpanel can be less expensive because u'll not need to pay extra support cause Cpanel seems to be more stable so u can scale and go alone has a little company.

The real Spanel marketing header should be "Focus on your business, let us focus on the server" than "The All-in-One Cloud Management Platform" because Spanel for right now can't be run alone (All-in one) because of bugs, and stability problems as for now.

I'm actually using Spanel and paid managed support (expensive, but i'm happy despite i hope Spanel are focusing to be more stable and will add functionnality after hoping they will invest in their growth, they have keys to be big).
