I think you could improve by not putting a time limit on reviews. I came back to your site to provide feedback after the 14 day time period and I am not allowed. To me 14 days is falsely making customers put in reviews before proper wear.

I ordered products from Spanx's AirEssential. I keep getting duplicate orders. I had to pay to return the products. The return system has not been updated promptly, so when I started the return process and tried to tie my order number to the product, the order number was not listed in my account. I had to go to PayPal (which is how I paid) to get the order number and then proceed with the return process. I had 30 days to return, and since the order number was not in my account, I had to go to PayPal to get the order number once again. Thank goodness for PayPal's organization. I had to pay to send the duplicate items back. So, I am not getting the total amount credited to my account because there's a restocking fee?! A restocking fee on products that were duplicates! I need to purchase an item that has been out of stock, and I am afraid of receiving duplicate orders. This is not good.

I recently purchased a spanx body suit turtleneck. Photos and product description made me believe it was a true turtleneck that was tight around the neck. In reality it was not. It was short and not at all tight. For outdoor activity it is not at all appropriate. Very disappointed for the price.

Impossible to get a response from customer service, just copy paste answers. Still waiting for my refund to be acknowledged not even processed, they have simply stopped replying. Would never order from the official retailer website again.

I ordered 2 items for Christmas on Dec 3. Its Dec 31 and it still has not shipped. It's impossible to speak to anyone - and they keep asking for a review which I entered 1 and they would not let me enter any more information. They told me that the product would ship on or After Dec 23 - still nothing and they cannot tell me when I can expect. They clearly have robots responding - I asked them to stop sending me more emails to buy more product until they ship my order. Their response was - oh sorry you got the wrong product....seriously - I want to cancel and use the $75 credit but I don't trust them at all. For a company that charges so much for their items - they clearly have no business acumen to back up those prices.
I placed order on Dec 2. After waiting for official in website delivery days I reach to find out what is going on. Beside the fact that customer service told me and lied that order was sent, I got email that they will send order on Dec 23. In Dec 23 I asked if order was sent and than I was told that they will do thier best to send on 24.
All this time they actually pushed me to cancel order.
I am really wondering why even to sell if you don't want me to buy and if I am buying want me to cancel order...
I had ordered a pair of leggings on November 28th assuming that even during the Canada Post strike, this successful company surely would have made alternate arrangements to ship their products out to customers ON TIME, as per their website promise.
After about 10 business days, and no notice that my order was on its way, I sent an email cancelling the order because the leggings were to go with an outfit for a specific date that was fast approaching. I got some song and dance b.s. about the busy season to which I replied again insisting on a refund. The next day I get an email assuring me my order has been cancelled. Great, or so I think.
Five business days later I see an email telling me my order has been shipped and sure enough, my card has been charged. Expected arrival date January 7th! So much for the 5-12 business day promise. lol
I was furious and furthermore, I won't be here to even return the package, should they actually send it. I'm away for 3 months.
Unbelieveable that you can cancel an order and they will still charge you and send it anyway, waaaaaaay after the fact! So not okay.
Ordered on 12/2, paid $25 for expedited 2 day shipping and I still haven't received the package and there is no tracking available and whoever is on the end of the customer service email that starts with "contactus" doesn't actually work bc I haven't heard back after MULTIPLE emails.
Ordered an item for my wife for Christmas on Dec 2/24. They are telling me that it might ship a couple of days before Christmas. This company is a joke. I mean, don’t keep taking peoples money if you aren’t prepared to ship. Most companies will give you tracking within a day or two, and I have never received tracking but I did receive 3 emails telling me that they are having trouble with the shipping volume. Maybe hire a few more staff for gods sake. This is just ridiculous. I would never order from this company again. Just unacceptable service.
Order placed Nov 27. Order was only placed because Spanx said they were using alternate carriers in light of the CP strike. Received shipping notification Dec 2 with tracking for UPS. As of Dec 17, carrier has not received parcel from Spanx. I contacted customer service multiple times and every time was told a different story. It would be shipping and arriving that same day via UPS. It would be shipping via DHL now. Oh wait actually it’s shipping via UPS and it will ship within the next week. No wait, it’s shipping via DHL after all and within the next day or two. I don’t believe it’s a stocking issue since all items from my order are still in stock. I realize there is a CP strike, but other online storefronts were able to figure workarounds, not sure why Spanx wasn’t able to or wasn’t upfront about it. 20 days after my order was placed, 15 days after it supposedly shipped, UPS still doesn’t have the parcel from Spanx. Disappointing.

Like many of your recent reviews, I have had the same ordeal. I placed an order on November 30th, and I have yet to receive any updates regarding the package. It is now December 16th, and after countless attempts at contacting them, all I have gleaned is that the parcel will be given a shipping date via DHL later this week, but still no specific dates given. How this is considered acceptable customer service is beyond me? So, they take your money, provide sub-par customer service, expect you to be patient when they don't deliver and then come back to buy more? It is so ludicrous it is almost laughable.
Company won't ship. Order made at the end of November. Order will not be on time for the Holidays. No communication from vendor. Only making excuses and absolutely no accountability.
I ordered a pair of leggings on Black Friday with the deal they were adverting. I received my leggings (longer shipping than expected) however they run so small I can't get them pas my calves. I ordered based on the size chart and measurements that were listed on their website. Because it was a sale, they are not eligible for return or exchange which is extremely frustrating and poor customer service. Very misleading and not a good business model.

Ordered on December 2nd and still hasn’t shipped 13 days later. Contacted customer service 3 times and no help provided. They're estimating another 10 business days before it ships. Had to buy a replacement Christmas gift - I’m now out $300. Customer service is useless blaming Canada Post for their inability to run a business. Tons of angry customers commenting on their instagram only for comments to be removed to hide their issues. Will never buy from Spanx again. Buyer beware.
I ordered on Nov. 29th, still no shipping confirmation. Emailed customer service with very generic responses and promises that I’ll receive my order before the holidays. I’m very doubtful and very disappointed. All my other Black Friday orders have long since arrived.
I like many placed an order on December 3. I have ordered many times from spanx and usually receive my orders within 2 to 3 days. It has now been almost two weeks. My order has not even been shipped yet and every time I email customer service, they keep telling me it will be shipped out next week! Something is wrong here. At this point, the Canada post strike is irrelevant as the first order I placed just after the strike started came by UPS. Terrible customer service. Please don’t waste your money. I bought Christmas gifts that I sadly now have to buy somewhere else and I’m out $200.00. I’m so frustrated and disappointed in such a reputable company.
