I had a part missing from a repair kit and Hozelock were fantastic. They sent me another complete kit. Really helpful, I can't fault them.

I have now contacted "Customer Support" 3 times (over 11 days) about a missing part from a new Hosepipe with no response.
I urgently need the part to get water to my poultry in these heatwave conditions.
Would not recommend at all - their customer service line is never manned and your left with the feeling that even their BOTS are completely incompetent.

I couldn’t be more impressed with Hozelock’s customer service. I contacted them about a replacement part for my six-year-old Hose Reel system and, although I offered to pay for it, they very kindly sent the part free of charge.

Communication throughout was excellent - friendly, prompt, and efficient - and the replacement arrived quickly. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that stands behind its products and genuinely values its customers, even years after purchase.

I have a hozelock 30m wall mounted hose and I broke a small part. I contacted Leena at customer service to try to locate a spare part to repair the pipe. She asked for me to send pictures of part, my receipt and my address . She then posted a new part. What great service. Excellent company. 5 star

Leena was so very helpful (and patient!) in helping me find a spare spart for my Auto hose reel. It took a few emails for me to give her the information she needed and I am so grateful as I didn't think I'd be able to get a replacement. Customer service at its best!

Trying to get an answer to a problem seams pointless.

The AI doesn't have any ideas, it also cannot connect me to a human being.
The telephone lines have NO ONE manning them and you are told so.
There is no facility to leave messages.
All this within their stated working times.

Email is 3-5 days away from being answered.

then after ou do not get a satisfactory answer, is this another 3-5 days before a reply.

Yes folks its a poor service.
I wonder who owns them and why they don't consider their customers.

I cannot fault Hozelock and in particular Leena who has been very, very helpful indeed.
I will be very pleased to share the experience I have received from Leena (Hozelock) with others.

I bought a new hozelock hose cart from B + Q and unfortunately the drum winder handle was missing !! I didnt want to take it back to B + Q incase they sold it onwards again missing the handle so i contacted hozelock direct and customer support Leena reached out and supplied one for me free of charge !!

customer services were excellent when you finally get through to them !

Tried to order a part on line and you get a blank page for the authorisation page.
tried the chatbot (no actual agents available for 4 days) and the bot just gave me number for customer services . Phoned that number - one day phones line down for maintenance / another day got an AI assistant that took my number and said someone would contact me = no call back. had also emailed customer services - after 5 days i get and e-mail asking for my telephone number.
Later on that day customer services (Leena) call me. she was most helpful - part arrived in the post within a few days. She also told me the website issue is know to Hozelock and effects certain brands of Credit cards - why can not Hozelock either fixed the issue or explain the issue on their website !
Hozelock appear to be going fully digital - this clearly does not work unless they fix the issues with their website

Very easy to contact, Leena understood my issue and resolved it in a timely manner, would definitely recommend.

Duplicate parts were sent from the factory and as a result had two "right" sides. Contacted customer service and explained and Leena sent the correct part by post which arrived exactly when she said it would! Excellent service and communication. Bravo!

First class service from start to finish.

No idea of customer service as they do not wish to be bothered with customers but have the dreaded BOT. What is wrong with these people.

I wrote to Hozelock as I have a very old wall mounted hose reel and after changing leaky connectors I couldn't quite get it back together again. They were extremely helpful in giving instructions and when I still couldn't do it they offered to send replacement spare parts foc. An amazing service

Excellent customer service. Quickly diagnosed the issue and arranged for prompt delivery of replacement parts.

Replaced broken parts without questioning or need to provide a receipt? Just photo evidence.

Amazing just sent an email not expecting to be able to get a part that wasn't listed anywhere and was resigned to having to get another hose or manage with it damaged. But low and behold they responded quickly and sent out the part i needed. That's what customer service should be.
