Really love our sofa and couldn't have been more pleased with the help from Zoe as we narrowed down the best fit for our space. This review is long overdue, as we purchased it a few months ago, but we wanted to try it out for an extended time to leave an accurate review after use. The Jenner compact sofa bed is perfect for the space, and is surprisingly comfortable when used as a bed, but a mattress topper is recommended for a softer sleep. Overall the fabric is high quality and the color is exactly as pictured. Sturdy build, easy to assemble and perfect for guests. Highly recommend!

Your team no showed for the 5 hour delivery window and I never heard from anyone. I even called in the final hour for updates because I did burger from anyone. You wasted 5 hours of my vacation day. As a result I insist that you make this right by doing the following.

1. Reschedule my delivery for tomorrow.
2. Provide a 2 hour delivery window.
3. Cover delivery fee.
4. Provide a discount

My time has value and you disrespected that. I even took proactive steps when I did not hear from you and still your team could not effectively communicate.

Your team basically no showed for the delivery then tried to guilt me when they showed up 2 hours after the window expired. I still have not received my delivery.

I do not have my furniture yet, and I was concerned about having my space ready. I called and was able to schedule a date that will work.

This is our second order with Spaze. Their customer service is top notch, from simple questions to concerns to providing COI for certain cities. Communication is key and they walk you through every step. Plus the furniture is amazing- compact and comfortable and attractive for small spaces. The cost is a little pricier but the product and the experience make it well worth it. Shout out to Zoe!

Wow. I was nervous about this but I am very pleased. After reading and looking at several dozen versions of this type of sofa before solution, I decided to buy this one. It was a more expensive than some others (but I have learned my lesson on that after 55 years of life). This sofa is sturdy and well crafted. It will last. It is the perfect size for a small space, and will serve the occasional overnight guest fine. I did buy a matterss pad as it is a firmer sleeper, as was every other option I researched. Delivery and set up as expected and earlier than expected and with pleasant delivery men.

It was very easy to order my spaze open up couch online. I loved the color that I chose. I have not received the couch yet so I cannot give you a further review but so far so good.

Great communication in scheduling delivery, and right up to arrival. Gentlemen were efficient, put the furniture together and showed me how to open/close the sofabed, and cleaned up all packaging. Great experience all around.

I had a very specific space to fill and needed a modern, fun, classy, and sturdy couch that could handle daily wear and tear. After doing extensive research, I came across SPAZE Furniture and was impressed by their product videos and the consistency of their customer reviews.

Although I haven’t received the couch yet, the customer service experience alone has been exceptional. The team has been incredibly responsive, clear, and genuinely committed to answering all my questions. Before finalizing my purchase I would have liked to know the item I ordered was on back order and will not be able to be delivered for over a month. I purchased the sofa sleeper for a specific event which I will not have it in time for.

The concept is great, seems we all need multi-purpose rooms with occasional need to accommodate overnight guests. Oslo does the trick for our small room. The mattress could be a little thicker but a 2" topper, purchased from another source, is adequate. 3" would be better. The comfort as a sofa exceeds expectations.

My experience was great because I saw an on-line sofa I could not live out. I have an old sleep sofa put away in the rafters of my garage. My youngest grandchild just “graduated” from a juvenile bed to a regular size bed and she is moving (for her visits) to an upstairs bedroom that used to be her aunt’s room. Consequently, there is a bare wall in her present room that has held a crib. The plan was to put the old sofa back and then I saw the Adriana. No, I did not purchase it because of the picture. It was because of the INCREDIBLE people working at
Spaze! Each and every person with whom I have felt have gone out of their way to help me with my decision to purchase the unit, answer all my questions (starting with the chat system that is answered SO quickly. I am always hesitant to use a chat system because usually the response time is impossible) and the most amazing is that my sleep sofa is going to arrive before Thanksgiving! I was prepared to put some guests on a blow up mattress on the floor(we have more coming than the number of beds in my very large home). I never asked for it to be here before Thanksgiving, but asked how long delivery would take and said, “Oh my goodness, maybe it will get here before Thanksgiving” and then calculated the correct days after ordering that it would take to receive it and knew it was impossible! A few days later, I got notification to choose a delivery date. As soon as I try it out, I will be singing Spaze praises and plan on writing reviews about them. Costumer Service in this day and age is what difference one company from another (there is so much competition with internet) and Spaze is way above other companies in this area!

I was impressed with the quality of the hardware - nothing flimsy about this! It was easy to assemble and looks great. I have enjoyed sitting in it in ‘chaise’ mode also. Very firm cushions, which is much appreciated. Also happy that I can remove the cover. Slightly less scratchy material would be an upgrade, but we are very happy with this.

Easy interactions, good delivery. Still appraising the couch. I like it, but its durability has yet to be determined.

It was easy to select the style and size we wanted because the dimensions are provided on the website. Our sleep sofa arrived and was delivered within the estimated timeframe, and the sofa looks great. It's the perfect size for a home office that we want to use when we have guests. It's stylish and comfortable for a small footprint sofa, and the color (green) looks great. We are pleased with our purchase!

Service was great. Delivery included set up for a fee but was well done. All good.

We had a complicated delivery and Spaze and their delivery team worked with me to coordinate a seamless delivery . The quality of the furniture is outstanding . It was packed securely and arrived in excellent condition exactly when and where we agreed.
