Engineer did not turn up
Engineer did not turn up. Had to chase to find out why. Was told he was on another job in Derby. Another person told me that the water heater had not been ordered so having to order one!
Good job we have a kettle.
Still waiting for a date!!!

Poor correspondance.
I recieved a quotation for an under counter water boiler but this was for supply only. Have tried contacting now a number of times as I require a quote for installation also. This has been over two weeks now and no-one has responded.

The engineer who came on 8th April…
The engineer who came on 8th April broke a part. He did not notice. The tap leaked causing extensive damage. The second engineer who came on 27th April replaced the part photographed the damage and said he would report it. We have not heard anything since.

The machine was replaced
The machine was replaced, and the old, damaged unit was left for collection the following day. Unfortunately, the collection was delayed by nearly two weeks. While the first engineer refused to take the machine before I could even speak with him, a second, more helpful engineer arrived the following day and successfully removed it.

Great company and services
The company communicated that my boiler was due its service. Booking a service was straight forward and I was kept up to date re the visit.
On the day of the service the engineer made contact with me with his arrival time.
The service itself was very thorough.
During the invoicing process I mistakenly over paid. I contacted the company and was repaid within weeks.
