When my wife and I were massively let down by another supplier, I found Specs At Home via Google and rang them to order a set of frames.
As they weren't in stock at his warehouse, Kashan went out of his way to locate the frames within a couple of days and got them to us via express courier.

Kashan has been brilliant all the way along. He is very pleasant, respectful and friendly and, certainly for us, was willing to go not just the extra mile but 100 miles to provide an outstanding service.

I'd highly recommend Specs At Home as a business and Kashan in particular.

This is not the first time that I have ordered from Specs At Home. The glasses are OK and the little bottles of cleaning spray are a nice touch. I don't see why the E-mail address that I used for my previous order is now blocked from your system, when I am perfectly able to set up a new account. Do you not like repeat custom ?

I had lost the hope of getting my cartier glasses fixed, probably after accidentally dropping them. Scoured the web to find replacements but then, I found Kashan's SpecsatHome through the google search engine, based right here in the East London UK. Very calm and professional gentleman. He replaced my lenses and did an excellent job for a reasonable price that took him less than 5 days instead of the original 12 days waiting time. What a star he is....My cartier is back to live. ORDER #2581 I sent an email to your company on the same day that I placed an order. I advised you to send the item to Portugal instead of Australia. Now it is on its way to Australia and I am only back in Australia on the 14/6/25.
The item cannot be received and will be sent back to the UK.pathetic !

Fully transparent let me know that there will be a slight delay and if I was okay with waiting and the option to cancel. And it still came faster than expected. Need to get the lens changed now

I came to SpecsAtHome because I needed to get a replacement frame to repair a broken pair of glasses, and they had the closest pairs I could find. One pair was a perfect fit, and meant I didn't have to throw a pair away. Unfortunately the second pair came with a loose arm, likely a manufacturing defect. But fortunately this issue was sorted out in an instant when I reported it and enquired about a refund. Kashan gave me a call and was very helpful, I explained the issue and he refunded the cost straight away. Excellent service, I'll definitely check SpecsAtHome again when I need a new pair of glasses!

I purchased a pair of Ray Ban sunglasses online from Specs at Home. Unfortunately the supplier had deleted the particular model from the range but Kashan who dealt with my purchase went above and beyond to help me in every way he could to find a replacement.

I found his approach both friendly, professional and helpful, even calling me to discuss my requirements.

This a genuine and trustworthy company which sadly rare in today’s world, and I thank the staff for such a professional and positive experience.

One side piece came away from the main frame after only two weeks. My optician had to repair them. Has happened again since then.
