I was made aware of spectra drive…

I was made aware of spectra drive because of another so called Farming claims. Whilst I was led to believe this awful company was acting as the insurance company they were indeed nothing to do with the insurance. So called manager was rude aggressive on the phone and refused to tell me where my car was? I later received this information via email. I also had phone put down on me. This company isn't interested in the customer they are in it make money out of insurance companies and vulnerable people. Read engineers report they don't even physically inspect the car they make a ridiculous estimate from photos whilst your car is stuck in storage costing insurance company more money. They don't give you lije for like courtesy car either they give a high end expensive 4x4 and then charge insurance company 200+per day. DONT TRUST THEM

We are sorry to read that this was your perception of our service. However, we feel it is important to clarify a number of factual inaccuracies contained within your review.

Firstly, Spectra Drive is an independent accident management and credit hire company. At no stage do we represent ourselves as an insurance company, nor do we suggest that we act on behalf of an insurer. Before we were instructed, you signed documentation that clearly explained our role and confirmed our independence.

We also dispute the suggestion that we refused to tell you where your vehicle was. We provided this information as soon as it was available, and the details were also shared with both you and your insurer.

Your comments that we are "not interested in the customer" are particularly disappointing. Supporting motorists following a non-fault accident is the very reason our business exists, and providing a professional, transparent and customer-focused service remains at the heart of everything we do.

With regard to the engineer's assessment, we regularly utilise desktop engineering to enable claims to progress quickly and avoid unnecessary delays. The resulting report is then disclosed to the at-fault insurer, who is entirely free to instruct their own independent engineer or arrange a physical inspection should they consider it necessary.

Finally, whilst we always aim to provide a like-for-like replacement vehicle, this is not always possible. Where an exact match is unavailable, customers may receive an upgraded vehicle at no additional cost to them. The applicable hire rate remains aligned to the customer's own vehicle and is assessed in accordance with established industry practice, not the replacement vehicle provided.

We appreciate that not every claim concludes to everyone's satisfaction, but we remain committed to treating every customer fairly, professionally and with respect throughout the claims process.

Quick, professional, polite.

Quick, accurate and a pleasure to deal with. They dealt with my case and everything was sorted within a day for a courtesy car and under 2 weeks for my write off money to be in my bank! I would definitely recommend you to family and friends.

They helped take stress out of the no fault accident we had, organised a hire can and had it within 24 hours, kept in regular contact to keep me updated on the status of the insurance claim. Everyone i spoke to at Spectra Claims we kind, calm and knowledgeable. Anytime i had a question they where more than happy to answer and put my mind at ease. Absolute Relief

I was not sure what was going on with my after accident progress. Liam was assisting me from the start. It was so important to speak to him again today and to discuss my fears and uncertainties. In minutes he set my mind at ease and give me advice I was so in need of. I’m so grateful.
