Spectrum Architectural Glazing supplied Internorm/Kastrup timber/aluminium triple glazed windows and Solarlux Cero Sliding Door for my home refurbishment project.

From the outset the staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The sales process was transparent and there was no hard sell at all. David took the time to understand my requirements and budget to come up with multiple solutions.

The survey process by Lone and Paul was efficient and painless. Timescales were communicated at this point. (Given ‘Lockdown 1’ was happening they still managed to meet)

The guys that came onsite to fit the glazing did great job also and tidied up after themselves.

After-sales care to date has been very good. Six months after installation I’ve been offered a security upgrade FOC to the locks on my sliding doors. Given the quality of the product and guarantees I’m not expecting issues in the future.

There are probably cheaper firms out there, but very few will be able to match the service and product offering. Thanks to all at Spectrum.

We’re so pleased with our new bifold doors. The installation team did a great job and it is a very professional and sleek finish. We chose a custom grey colour for the aluminium and we’re really delighted with it. The doors are solid and feel really secure and they’ve already made a difference to the warmth of our living room too. Thank you to all of the team - can’t wait to plan our glass awning now!

In the middle of the 1st Coronavirus UK lockdown we had ordered several windows and doors from another company and let down 2 weeks before delivery date. We had to start again looking for a supplier and came across Spectrum Architectural Glazing.
The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about their products. We were looking for large triple glazed windows with integrated blinds. They understood perfectly what we were trying to achieve and offered advice to tweak the design which improved sight lines across several different shaped windows.. and looked superb.
Cannot thank them enough for all of there help and advice. The finished product from Internorm is top quality and the customer service from Spectrum Architectural Glazing is the best I've come across.

We cannot speak highly enough of the service provided by Spectrum. Customer satisfaction is clearly very important to them. Communication was always great. We are delighted with our Internorm windows. They also rectified problems with our Solarlux sliding doors caused by poor workmanship from a different company. If only we'd gone to Spectrum first! Thanks again to Silje, Paul, Lee and the rest of the team at Spectrum. We can throughly recommend them.

We approached Spectrum when we wanted a unique system at our new home, and immediately we were impressed by the team at HQ. The product we wanted was the triple glazed internorm and sliding doors. Due to the room being floor to ceiling and 3 sides all glazed, we needed a good u value and low noise glass due to our location and height above sea level. Their attention to detail with the whole project was superb and we could not recommend them highly enough.
We love the new room and when the big doors are open the whole outdoor area just blends into the room. And to top it off by design the doors hide as if they weren’t even there.

Spectrum Architectural Glazing supplied and fitted Solarlux Patio Doors for a new build pavilion. Throughout the process, they were helpful, clear and totally transparent. They also used their own labour and took responsibility for the whole process from measuring the dimensions of the hole for the doors to ordering and fitting the doors. As a result they ensured that the doors were what we wanted. Unfortunately, their manufacturer, Solarlux, manufactured the track for the doors incorrectly and so we had to wait for new track to be delivered from Germany. This delayed our project considerably and impacted all the other trades on site. When the track did arrive, Spectrum then had to reschedule their fitters which caused further delay. Overall we are very pleased with the final product and Spectrum's service but delays caused by Solarlux probably delayed the completion of the project by a month.

Stylish & functional design, our replacement doors experience was enhanced by the excellent workmanship & customer service skills of the installation team Luke & Mark - the attention to detail was exceptional. Pre-sale, Neil was our contact - his product knowledge, patience & guidance were key in helping us make the right decision, we also now feel we have a good friend. The surveying team pre-fit, Nick & Lone took nothing as "standard" & meticulously measured each door to ensure a perfect fit. Our customer experience from sale through to installation was excellent, such a happy friendly team that really love the products they sell. We wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend Spectrum... in-fact we feel sorry for anyone who doesn't use Spectrum!

When doing a full renovation to a near derelict cottage , we looked at several companies to supply bi-fold doors, a very large roof lantern , and windows . We decided on Spectrum to supply everything ..based on the quality of their products and the help and assistance of their staff. All the items were fitted by a very efficient team , with the minimum of fuss, in very testing conditions . Three years later , we have had no problems with any of the items fitted .Spectrum proved to be a wise choice of supplier , and we would strongly recommend them and their products .

Kastrup is an excellent product.
The whole process from quoting, ordering and installing was very smooth with Spectrum, I would not hesitate to use them again, I would definitely recommend them
