I spoke to Jake on the phone today he was very helpful and the service was really fast. He explained the process it was very straightforward and he chased it immediately for me there was no delay. I would 10/10 use these guys again :)

Writing this review to highlight the great service I've received from Becky at spectrum. I made contact last week and Becky listened to my concerns over taking the car to a local specialist and the time frames involved. She quickly got me authorised to come to a main dealer and gave me all the info I needed. I think by luck when I was at the repairer and they advised it would be a very expensive repair, i got through to Becky again who quickly got the repair authorised for me while I waited. She clearly explained the process for me. Just the sort of person you want to get through to in a stressful situation! Thank you Becky

A young lady, Lois, dealt with my call which was to report a fault on my car, covered under warranty. I'm really pleased to say she was more than helpful in every way and explained everything clearly. Polite, professional and helpful in every way. There isn't enough words to use to say what an absolute guardian angel lois is.
We had a massive problem with our Peugeot 3008 car. We only had it 2 years and the cam chain had become stretched, Peugeot wouldn't help at all saying as it wasn't broken and just stretched denied any liability. They actually wanted us to pay over £4000 for us to fix it.
I was so stressed and when I rang spectrum to ask advice, we got the lovely Lois and she put me at ease and everytime she promised to ring she did. This fabulous lady went above and beyond her job, kept me sane(ISH). I honestly couldn't recommend or thank her enough. Hope this gets passed on to her and also this lady needs a promotion

Lois was extremely helpful today under stressful circumstances. She answered all of my questions and advised me what to do next under my warranty.

Being quite anxious due to the nature of my mishap, I could not have been assisted by the polite and confident manner of Lois.

I spoke to a lady called Caitlin today regarding my warranty cover with Spectrum . I can not praise Caitlin enough she was absolutely fantastic. My issue was a little bit complex and she had to deal with me confusing the issues even more !! Caitlin managed to get the issue sorted and completed the claim for me . Excellent service all round

The service I have received from your agents throughout this process has been excellent and stress free which is good as the stress of not having my car for over 10 days has not been good.
