Brilliant service - I was so apprehensive about using a service like this one but they assured me from the get go and kept communication consistent. Rather than wait 6 months, my daughter managed to secure a test within weeks and lucky for us, she passed! I have shared the details with others and hope that it helps someone else too! After speedy booking found my 1st test within 1week after me paying 2 other companies a fee to find me a cancellation neither of the 2 paid companies managed to find me a slot, so I used Speedy booking who found me a test within 1week of enquiring with them, unfortunately I failed this test, contacted them the day after my failed test explained I’d failed and needed another test asap, within 1 day they found me another test for 1weeks time I couldn’t believe that within 2weeks they managed to locate and book me 2 tests. Hopefully I pass my 2nd test that is coming up, but if I don’t I now would never ever use anyone other than Speedy Booking, I am shocked at how quick they’ve managed to get me 2 tests after me trying since January with no luck until I contacted speedy booking 2weeks ago. Yes the price may seem high but it is well worth it, as like I said I’ve spent £150 signing up to Testfinder and booking test and they took my money and never even offered me 1 test. Don’t waste your money with other companies. Use Speedy Booking always. Aleasha

I strongly advise against using this company to book your driving test. They charged me £250 for a practical test appointment in Greenford, which never happened. I arrived at the test centre expecting to take my test, only to be told by the examiner that the company who booked it had cancelled the appointment themselves.

I’ve tried reaching out to them through the same number that previously sent me constant messages – now, I get no response at all. This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing.

I’ve reported the transaction to my bank as fraud, contacted other relevant institutions, and will be reporting this to the police. I’ve also completed a formal complaint form to initiate further action.

Have used this company twice now to book tests for my daughter at St Albans which is almost impossible to get a test via DVLA even 6 months in advance. Both times they managed to get me tests really quickly saving a fortune in ongoing lessons. Great communications and completely trustworthy. Worth every penny and such a relief - no more logging on to DVLA at 05.50am to be disappointed that there are no tests.

Cannot fault these guys when it comes to booking a test, I have booked two and the service is always impeccable. Good range of dates and smooth process with booking a test. They work incredibly hard to ensure needs are met.

I’ve been trying to book myself a driving test for sooooo long, but the earliest available slots on the DVSA website were in October… and as soon as I try to book it they would disappear! With these guys I managed to book myself a test for the end of this month so I couldn’t be any happier! Definitely recommended, it’s a bit pricey but worth it!😊

Very easy to book test and the official confirmation came through really quick. You have to keep a look out for the alerts as popular centres go fast (we needed Chertsey). Smooth from start to end and not as expensive as I’d feared! Highly recommend.

This is one of the main reasons why there is a test backlog in the UK and why the DVSA are trying to stop companies like this! People take a short notice booking, anywhere, and they’re usually not ready or have no car to use for the test. The test slot is then wasted (10 clear working days to cancel it = 2 weeks) and the backlog increases! 🤬

why are the DVSA trying to stop companies like yours booking tests then? You say “Our service exists to help learners who are already test-ready”? Don’t you realise (I’m sure you do, but don’t care) that people are booking tests but are NOT test ready, and also often when they don’t even have a vehicle to take the test with! They get a test through exploitative companies like you, because there are none available via the DVSA website, due to companies like you buying them all! I know this, as I am an ADI and get messages daily from people (often who live hundreds of miles away from my area) wanting just to book “a two hour lesson before the test, to get to know the test route”. Myself and my colleagues all say no …. we’re driving instructors, NOT a car hire company. This then leaves the candidate without a vehicle, and the test is often wasted. Speaking to an examiner recently, he said that they had had 5 ‘no shows’ already that day; that’s a big part of why there is a backlog! Many who do make it to the test centre, in their own cars, have no idea at all what is required to pass the UK driving test (often arriving in cars with no tax, insurance, L plates or accompanying driver), and their driving is “dangerous”, so they fail.
All driving test candidates should have the sense to have an assessment with a professional instructor BEFORE booking a test. I’m not just saying this to boost my income; I have more pupils than I can manage and a waiting list, but I am sick of valuable driving tests being booked and wasted due to companies like yours. Stop trying to pretend that you care - you’re just exploiting people!

We got a test date for my son very quickly. Efficient and trustworthy service. The team are also very helpful and pleasant.

I used speed booking twice and couldn’t fault them. They post daily dates on their WhatsApp group or you can message them directly and ask for specific test centres/dates. It’s a quick easy system where you pay safely and receive your confirmation in minutes. I’d highly recommend them and they got my son a test in our local test centre of Guildford just 3 weeks after his last one. He passed today and we’re all over the moon! Definitely worth the money we would have spent on extra driving lessons whilst we waited for a test or time/fuel to go to a different further test centres doing many practice runs. Was a no brainer to pay a bit extra to stay local quicker! Thank you for your great communication, we really won’t hesitate to recommend you.
