My experience with this agency was mixed. Initially, communication was good and I felt supported. However, as time went on, consistency became a significant issue.

One of the biggest concerns was the lack of clear communication between teams and consultants. I often found myself having to chase for updates regarding placements, feedback, and future work opportunities, with long periods of no response.

I also felt that when issues arose within placements, there was a lack of support and transparency. Following a serious incident at work, I did not feel adequately supported as an employee, and there seemed to be a tendency to rely solely on the school’s account of events rather than fully investigating concerns from all sides.

When placements ended, communication was often unclear, and despite repeatedly requesting feedback, I was not always provided with direct answers. This created unnecessary uncertainty and made it difficult to plan ahead professionally.

There are opportunities available through the agency, and I did work with some helpful individuals. However, for an organisation placing staff into challenging educational environments, consistency, communication, and staff support need significant improvement.
