Don’t waste your time or energy. The customer service is HORRENDOUS!!!
No communication or updates regarding your order. I had to contact them numerous times and actually started to fear I had been scammed. As I was looking into steps on how to reverse payment through the credit card company, I finally received a tracking number…. For the mat I ordered, not the machine itself. After harassing them for an answer, I was told it was a stock issue. Maybe update your customers???? The website said it was a fast process, it was not.

Finally received the final part of my order over a month after purchase. The machine name o line wasn’t the same as it was on my
Machine and it was showing up in the app differently as well. I emailed to ask what that was all about and 6 months later still have no response.

I gave up. I posted reviews on everywhere I could to warn others. Funny thing is I can’t find my reviews posted anywhere.

DO NOT ORDER FROM SPERAX!!!

I want to rate this a "O". This is a scam company with no customer support phone number and you only received AI generated emails from them. I'm trying to obtain a pre-paid return label to no avail. The product is also on recall so it can't be used.

I have never experienced customer service this poor from an online retailer.

I purchased a SPERAX walking pad and changed my mind within an hour of placing the order. I immediately contacted SPERAX to cancel the order and request a refund before it could be processed. Instead, I received a shipping notification confirming that the item had been dispatched.

I contacted SPERAX again as soon as I saw the shipment notification. No response.

When FedEx notified me that the delivery was on its way, I also contacted the warehouse and requested that the package be stopped and returned to the sender. Again, no response from SPERAX.

Over the following days, I contacted FedEx numerous times. They initially confirmed my request to stop delivery and return the item to the sender. However, due to internal communication issues, the driver still attempted delivery. Unfortunately, I was not there to refuse the parcel, so the package was left at my address anyway.

I then had to contact FedEx yet again to arrange collection and return of an item I had tried to cancel almost immediately after ordering.

Throughout this entire process, I repeatedly emailed SPERAX. Not once did I receive a response from an actual person. Every email generated an automatic acknowledgement stating that my message had been received and would be answered later. The only follow-up emails I received were requests to rate the customer service I never actually received.

Apart from what seems to be a not so safe product from what I could read online, the real issue is the complete lack of customer support and communication. I did everything possible to cancel the order promptly and avoid delivery, yet SPERAX ignored every attempt to contact them.

I am still waiting for a refund.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise potential customers to think carefully before ordering from this company. If something goes wrong, don't expect a response.

Should they reply and refund, I will consider adding 1 star and update my review to be fair to them.

Trying to reach Customer Service about a delivery which is unsafe to use and parts are not working. 24/7 Support my ass... AI generated response from the first email, after that you are on your own.

I would advise to avoid buying their products

I became an affiliate from goaffpro, generating commissions for them and they haven’t appeared in months, it doesn’t seem to be a good company

The support is terrible, they never respond. Pay their ambassadors through GoAfPro, and you'll be waiting months for a response and nothing.

Product stopped working after 1 month . Their customer service does not reply . Save your money and DON’T buy Sperax. The do not stand behind their products

Our Sperax walking pad stopped working after a few months. I reached out over 6 times to try and get a replacement/refund under warranty. Each time they told me I had to use a "Sperax Support Portal", which doesn't exist. Their warranty is a complete scam and their products are poorly made.

Product is fine, but I never received an invoice. I’ve reached out through every possible channel (Email, Instagram, Chat) with zero response. It seems they stop caring the moment they have your money. Would not recommend buying directly from their website if you value customer service or need proper documentation.

When my Sperax P1 arrived, the box had a small dent from shipping. I took photos and contacted customer service right away. They replied everything, were super kind, and helped me check everything step by step. Luckily, the treadmill was barely affected, and they offered a fair solution. Excellent service overall - I'm really enjoying my walking and absolutely recommend this company!

Excellent walkingpad for the price. I use it daily and feel so much fitter. Quick customer support as well.

I ordered the Sperax P1 and was pleasantly surprised-the shipping was super fast, unpacked it in two days. Setup took maybe 10 minutes and the controls are super intuitive (just plug, unfold, start). I reached out to support once and they replied within a few hours-big thumbs up. I've been walking 30 mins a day for the past three weeks and already feel leaner and more energetic. Quality seems top-notch and I'd definitely recommend it if you're looking to keep moving while working or watching TV.
