The compassion and non-judgmental attitude shown throughout the process were very encouraging and appreciated. Responses to my inquiries were provided within a reasonable timeframe, which helped make the experience smoother. However, the follow-up after the process was completed with the estate administrator has not been as prompt as expected. Improving communication at that final stage would make the overall experience even better.
