A horrible experience. Made redemption requests that have never been resolved. Was assured by cutomer service all would be corrected. Never was. Have @2200 us dollars in this account that appears i will never see. Have requested a supervisor many times with none made available.. would not reccomend this site.

After a few more days was finally deposited in my bank account. But not until after I had blown the funds I had left in open account like a dummy, thinking I'd never receive so spent on stupid bets. Anyway, I did get my winnings just wish that the people of help line actually would of helped and not just sent up the line and given me canned responses. It appears to have been a glitch caused by several large wins and my placing a redemption request before my purchase card was verfied. But having used several weeks prior to that, I thought it should have been done. I think a small token of goodwill by this casino for my unwarranted troubles would sure help with left over bad feelings. Hint, hint, wink.

I bought my first package here even though the site has never seemed to perform as well has my usual sites. The only reason I made the purchase was for the free sc spins that came with it.

After making the purchase and not being able to find my free spins. I contacted support. It was a 45 min wait to talk to someone. They could not help me at all after verifying the offer and giving screenshots of email purchase confirmation. I was told I had to wait 24 hours before they could help me. Such a joke. I have waited on support chat for hours twice. Finally talked to RV last night at 2am. Was told that special department is working on it and they will email with solution soon I just need to be patient and give them some time. It has now been close to 40 hour later for the spins I purchased Sunday. I have now also got another 20 free sc spins from a wheel spin today that have not shown up or work at all. So as of right now I am owed 70 free SC spins and the only thing I am told is just wait we are working on it while they continue to sell and offer these spins knowing they are not working.

I've won around $33,000 I'm a serious gambler vip on 5 sites with my play through is hundred thousands on many sites. Truth of the matter is the house always wins in the long run, therefore you got one chance to make a good first impression and you totally blew it with me. Not impressed, disgusted is more like it. And any site that has to create phony reviews to deceive consumers does not deserve one star which i give for game play and RTP taking into account ir can't get any worse.

Thoughts from a long time, very avid, well educated, not easy to fool knowing how sweep sites are, hardcore critical player on them reviewer.
