Horrible Customer Support and Wasted Two Weeks. My account was suddenly locked out of nowhere. I immediately reached out to customer support and was repeatedly strung along for nearly two weeks with generic responses claiming my case was "escalated" and asking for my patience. After waiting from July 5th to July 17th, I finally received a notice stating my account has been permanently closed due to an unspecified violation of their Terms of Service. To make matters worse, they completely stonewalled me by explicitly stating that any further correspondence regarding the closure will not receive a response. This is an absolute waste of time and incredibly disrespectful treatment of customers. Avoid this company at all costs.

Spindoo still hasnt paid me for the $50 bonus round that simply wasn't counted. It was obvious that not winning anything on a bonus round that typically winners get $25-$90 .. I end up with $2? They won't pay me. They obviously cap winnings. Don't use them. These companies are getting sued. There's over a hundred lawsuits... It's about to be 1 more. I'm educated in law. Never lost in court. Settled. But never lost. These idiots thought they could cap my winnings and I'd be ok with it. AVOID. SCAM.
