Honesty, no pressure, information and fact-based answers. Plus generally very helpful, accommodating and above all, friendly.

Was initially wary because I found the company through ads and anything that seems like "easy investment" rings warning bells in my head. However, after delving into the whisky industry further, speaking a few times on the phone with Chris in London and meeting Donald at the warehouse in Scotland, their patience, knowledge and care convinced me to take a dive. Chris was respectful with regards to my timeline and price choices and provided valuable guidance as to the selection of casks. As many things in life, only time will tell whether this was a wise investment or not. My experience with Spiritfilled was definitely positive - communication and purchase processes were clear and simple and the team was available for anything needed. I look forward to seeing what the next years bring.

I contacted Spiritfilled with a rather small enquiry asI had not dealt with them before. Chris the consultant was very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional!. I was more than happy to take the first step with them, and look forward to a positive relationship moving forward. Thanks!🥃👍

Fantastic service from the team thank you Spirtfilled Ltd.

From my initial call to the conclusion of the purchase the staff were incredibly helpful. They took the time to answer my questions and helped me to make informed decisions.

The simplicity of the purchase process could not have been easier.

Chris is very knowledgeable and helped in providing cask ownership options and advice. The sales process was simple and quick and gave me confidence in the company. This is an industry that has had some bad actors in the past so its good to see a new and reliable company enter the market.

Excellent service through out

Very smooth process, Chris was great help guiding me through it. Will definitely be making another purchase in the near future.

Great communications from Chris and the team.
They were able to find me a cask to suit my budget and my tastes.
No easy task!
Well Done.

Had a wonderful experience with spiritfilled when making a purchase of whiskey casks /the whole journey from enquiry to purchase was conducted by John Alexander of spiritfilled /the communication with John wasn't all about purchase we had alot of very interesting conversations from whiskey experiences, to advice and process before we even got to setting costs etc /absolutely no pressure to buy , Ialso contacted them after watching the whiskey investigation scandal , in which John immediately contacted me with the reassurance and proof that spiritfilled were not affected ,John also courtesy calls regular keep up the good work spiritfilled

Friendly, knowledgeable staff who are eager and prompt to answer any queries I had. Once a decision was made the process was very easy, and the "owners certificates" were issued promptly.
Would highly recommend.

Excellent service from. Start to finish. Jon really seems to know his stuff and truly passionate about whisky.

Chris is very helpfull, explains the procedures clear and calm. Even for a Dutch guy it is easy to understand what’s going on.

I had a fantastic experience purchasing a bottle of whisky from Spiritfilled ! The selection was impressive, with a wide range of options catering to both casual drinkers and connoisseurs. The staff was knowledgeable and eager to help, offering excellent recommendations based on my preferences.

What stood out most was the seamless online shopping experience, everything was smooth and hassle-free. The packaging was secure, and delivery was prompt, showing they truly care about customer satisfaction.

If I had one small suggestion, it would be to expand their selection of rare or limited-edition bottles. That said, I’ll definitely be back for future purchases! Highly recommend.

I contacted a number of whiskey brokers after deciding I wanted to look into investing in whiskey. Spiritfilled (Jon Maynard) provided by far the best service without ever feeling like I was being pushed, which has continued to this day. I also find the administration very professional and straightforward. I'm looking forward to continuing to work with Spiritfilled.

Excellent sales service! Thank you Jon!

At first the available barrels were out of my price range and I straight up and say it. He respected it and only got again in contact when something was available.

Easy going, nice to chat and always super enthusiastic to explain how many times necessary.

Looking forward to next business opportunities! Highly recommend

Working with Spiritfilled has been a great experience so far. It is just the start of the journey but they have been professional and extremely reassuring and I have never felt under pressure. I look forward to what is to come.

Professional and friendly service.
My advisor saw me through every step of the way, making sure I got something that was tailored to my thoughts and desires.
Not the biggest whiskey drinker I didn’t, still don’t know a lot about the process so having this helps really did make everything smoother.

No pressure,as a new buyer in cask whisky,i found the whole journey fun and enjoyable, with no pressure, big shout out to John Maynard for his guidance.

I bought 2 casks last year. I found the overall experience very easy. I wasn’t forced into anything or felt obligated to do anything I didn’t want to. All my questions about whisky investments were answered. A monthly price sheet was emailed to me which I found great to get an idea of what was what. The cost, region, age and distillery. After my purchase, Ownership papers were sent out ASAP by email and paper copy along with purchase agreement. Once my casks were moved to Breaside bond warehouse I was given a delivery note and organised a visit to see them. Again any other question I had was answered. Excellent service start to finish. Would highly recommend Spirtitfilled.
