Chris was a fantastic help from start to finish. Great to get my first cask bought!

Really professional people .....easy process

I have used an advisor which helps me to decide what and whether interested in purchasing a whiskey cask. Once in contact with Spiritfilled, the process was executed very professionally and smoothly. Very pleased indeed with the service provided.

Great advice, easy transactions and excellent communications.
As a alternative financial investment, highly recommended, as proven.
Will now add more to my portfolio.

They know what they are doing, and on top of that, it is always of great pleasure to interact with them.

Very professional approach across all functions.

Very pleasant and informative service.
Highly recomanded

Really easy to deal with John Alexander, and in my case he was very patient. It would be good for Salespeople to remember it`s always at the clients pace.

The assistance and advice given on choice of casks is handled in an efficient and professional manner
The response and questions when asked are replied too promptly.
Thnk you Spiritfilled.

Being completely new to buying whisky, I needed quite a lot of information about the types of barrels, sizes, what was a good buy etc. My dealings were with Jonathan and he took the time to explain all this to me, several times as my memory isn't great! Nothing was too much trouble and he has kept in touch to make sure I was happy and everything was OK. I would have no hesitation in recommending Spiritfilled if you're thinking of buying whisky.

Spiritfilled was efficient and helpful. They were very responsive to queries but also held back for several months when I asked them to give me time. They were true to their word and contacted when I asked and did not give up on me. Post sales follow up has also been supportive without being excessive

Great company and personal experience.

User friendly website and package was dispatched quickly and arrived in two days.

Great service! Will use again.

Very informative, friendly service with no pressure to purchase. The process was easy and straightforward. Successfully purchased a barrel of whisky and the agent was very good to deal with. Would highly recommend.

Everyone involved in helping me set up my whiskey barrel purchase and investment was so Knowledgeable and helpful answering any questions or doubts I may have had, made me feel confident in working with them and definetly planning in investing more in the future. Very Professional and Excited to see where it all leads

Just bought a cask via Spiritfilled Ltd. Amazing one on one interaction with skilled and knowledgeable employer Chris Barrett. I am excited to see the result in the coming years.

Excellent experience: the process has been clear, informative and supportive.
After I expressed interest and completed the contact form online, I received a phone call from John at Spiritfilled, who told me about the company and the process and costs of investing in a cask. He listened and advised me to what better suited my intended investment. He answered my questions and clarified some other points I raised.
The process was straightforward and I have received my certificate. As I am a first time investor in whisky, I was surprised and delighted how fast the whole process has been and it is reassuring to know I have the support of Spiritfilled as my 'journey' continues.

John and his team were very good at communicating throughout the process and made it all as effortless as possible. John and the team were also very accommodating with my payment checks before processing my payment which was much appreciated.
