I NEVER GOT THE PRODUCT
I ORDERED THIS SHOES ON DAY 22ND OF APRIL. I AM WRITING THIS REVIEW ON DAY 4TH OF MAY!! I NEVER GOT THE SHOES AND I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR ANY COMMUNICATION ON THEIR END WHICH NEVER HAPPENED UNTIL I WROTE THEM AN EMAIL TODAY WHAT SHOWS NO PRO ACTIVITY ON THEIR END. WHEN I WROTE THEM THEY SENT ME THREE EMAILS NOT TAKING SERIOUS MY CLAIM AND REFUSING TO REFUND OR SENDING A NEW PAIR FOR FREE AS A COMPENSATION FOR THE LOUSY SERVICE RECEIVED. I AM STILL WAITING FOR THEM TO COME INTO REASON SINCE ITS VERY BAD EXPERIENCE AS A NEW CUSTOMER TO NOT BE ABLE TO GET A NEW AND REVOLUTIONARY PRODUCT THAT I HAVE BEEN SEARCHING AND QUESTING FOR MONTHS TRYING OUT ALL THE BRANDS POSSIBLE TO FIND THE ONE THAT IS GONNA BE MY SUPPLIER FOR SKATEBOARDING SHOES FROM NOW ON. IT MAKES A PROCESS THAT SHOULD BE FUN AND EXCITING TEDIOUS AND FRUSTRATING. MAYBE THE SHOES ARE GOOD I STILL NEVER HAD THEM IN MY HABDS BUT I AM ALREADY NOT HAPPY WITH THE BRAND SERVICE AND BEHAVIOR ON A CUSTOMER SERVICE ISSUE THAT SHOULVE BEEN FIXED FASTER AND MORE DILIGENTLY OK THEIR END. THEY SEND A SHIPPING REFUND AND RESTARTED THE PROCESS TODAY SO I HAVE TO WAIT AGAIN BUT I AM NOT EXCITED ANYMORE AND I HAVE ALREADY ORDERED FROM ANOTHER BRAND TO SEE THE DIFFERENCE IN PRODUCT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE
