Appalling customer service
Appalling customer service. Had a faulty item and despite sending emails, using FB messenger and Instagram waited two weeks before a reply. Managed to arrange a return in the end.
Unfortunately still waiting for a refund. Item was tracked and received by them on the 21/02/23 but no reply from emails sent in last two weeks to ask when when the refund will be processed. Strangely when I commented on an advert a reply was given within a few hours

Communication absolutely non existent. Been trying to get product info for a month. No response via messenger or email....... Obviously don't need custom so spend your money elsewhere.

Beautiful products but appalling customer service after purchase.
In August I purchased a beautify Playmat/gym from spoiltland however one of the arches snapped after less than 3 weeks. I contacted customer services who initially advised that they would contact their supplier to see if a spare part could be sent. However, despite several emails from myself to them, it is now October and I haven’t had a single reply. Really disappointed as I wanted to purchase further items from them but am reluctant to now due to the appalling customer service.
