Very good service, spider was healthy and packed very well.

Fantastic customer service that’s always quick to respond if needed and without doubt will go out of their way to help make sure my spoods are never without flies. Never had issues having no casters hatch, so always my go to when I need to order more. Delivery is super quick and well packaged. Fantastic company.

Product arrived safely and quickly. Website was easy to use. K will usevagain and definitely reccommend a great experience overall

Great first time experience with Spoodies UK.
I purchased a female Apalachicola Phidippus Regius on the 17/05/2026.

Ethel, (this is now her name) arrived in the cutest little ball pit packaging with her little care guide, she was very alert and healthy.

I popped her little travel tube inside her new enclosure to allow her to acclimatise & venture out in her own time. She was confident, it didn’t take her long, when I checked on her a few hours later she was already exploring her new space so I thought I’d offer her a little snack. She took it immediately and spent the next couple of hours munching away. She made her little hammock shortly after and has been in and out everyday since to explore. She is absolutely beautiful and I’m really excited to have her in my care.

I would definitely recommend anyone looking to purchase a jumping spider to take a look at these guys, they seem to produce, happy, healthy and confident little spoods and I will definitely be looking to purchase more from them in the future.

Many thanks,

Gemma & Ethel :)

Great site, easy to use and very helpful staff. Had issues with Royal Mail and they gave me great advice and Spider was all happy. Thank you

i don’t even know where to start because it was all incredible. the updates on my order were frequent and explained it all perfectly. the spider i ordered arrived in the most amazing packaging i have ever seen. it was secure, safe and soooo pretty. my spider was also so active when i got her out, a beautiful sized bum and my goodness she is just the cutest, i can’t explain how healthy she is. you can tell this business puts endless love and care into what they do. i will 100% be purchasing again.

Great communication, very helpful and my jumping spider was shipped fast

Overall experience was fantastic. My little spood arrived healthy and alert. I had a fast response to a website error and given a more than happy replacement to original order.
Would highly recommend.
Thank you Spoodies!

My spiders arrived this morning . They where very well packaged with their care in mind, and clear instructions on how to look after them.
I'm very satisfied with the service I received from SPOODIES UK LTD

Very fast delivery, very beautiful spiders! Will definitely purchase from here again.

Fantastic first experience with Spoodies UK. There was a Mishap with the delivery which was not there fault and the communication throughout was excellent. Really glad I went with them to purchase a spider, instead of a facebook breeder.

Will definitely buy from again.

Little slider arrived in good health and nicely packaged. We were disappointed with Royal Mail (not Spoodies UK) as we waited in for a ‘guaranteed before 1:00pm delivery and had given up and was about to go lit when it arrived around 4:20!

Typical of Royal Mail.

I would definitely buy again from Spoodies.

Lovely spoods, came much bigger than previous ones I brought from elsewhere. One is super friendly too, both well fed

Quick delivery and very well packaged.
Little spider arrived safe and sound, very inquisitive and started exploring straight away. She’s now taken herself away to moult, looking forward to seeing her new outfit!
