Disaster! You cannot be contacted by email or phone, except by completing a questionnaire to which we receive no answers.
There was an error in the system during payment (not mine) and they ended up taking my money as two identical orders within 15 minutes of each other. I wanted to cancel one, but I have no one to contact... ugh, disaster!

Impossible to get information about the package. It says it was delivered but I never received it. I sent an email but no one is responding.

Very dissapointed with payment, payment can be done without additional authorization which nowdays is very dangerous, customer service is super complicated to reach, I tried to cancle my order but it was impossible, I DO NOT recommend anyone to use this site.

We have ordered much more when there was no fees since its not EU any more so we are always afraid and dont know the limit for Croatia.

Poslali ste mi VAŠOM greškom krivi broj tenisica, koje sam vam vratio i za što ste mi refundirali novce. Ali obzirom da ste vi pogriješili, smatram da mi trebate vratiti i 4,99 Eura za dostavu, kao i 17,5 Eura koliko sam platio za povrat. Mislim da je to jako neprofesionalnoi zbog toga nosam siguran da ću bilo što više kupiti od vas, a niti da ću nekome preporučiti vašu stranicu.
Isto tako stalno inzistirate da ćete dati popust od 10 % na sljedeću kupnju ako prijavite email adresu, a kod koji pošaljete nije moguće učitati. na taj način sam imao ukupan dodatni trošak od 39,5 Eura koji mi niste vratili, što je za vaš renome nedopustivo.
Sve sam vam to poslao u emailu prilikom reklamacije, ali vi ste to ignorirali.Pozdrav, Robert Vukelić.
