What can i say. Hmm well bought a Giantz 92cc 24" chainsaw. Followed the operating manual and it started first pop. Put it through its paces on a huge chestnut tree. It did exactly what it was made to do. With good maintenance it has done us proud providing us with plenty of firewood throughout winter. At such an affordable price we bought another one.

I purchased a brushcutter which worked well for a few time until it developed a fault. I sent a video of the issue and within a very short time a replacement has been dispatched. I am very impressed with the service and highly recommend this company.

To aid in my recovery following workouts, I purchased resistance bands and a foam roller. They are very user-friendly and of excellent quality. Everything arrived neatly packaged, and shipping was prompt. undoubtedly simplifies my recuperation regimen.

I liked there product,just as it was described very cheap and on my opinion very good value with fast delivery.

I used the tent and sleeping equipment I received here when I went camping last weekend. incredibly sturdy, comfortable, and simple to assemble. I didn't have to worry about having everything ready for the trip because the shipping was quick.

Bought a e-chainsaw, had issues with the start mechanism, when I managed to get hold of sportzone it was agreed a replacement under warranty was appropriate. Although I have not received the replacement chainsaw yet, a tracking number has been provided and I'm satisfied with how the issue was dealt with. Thank you

Would you please advise the shareholders of Sportszone so I can deal directly as to date it appears communications are via a third party unwilling to use a name and making unfounded and false claims,
so difficult to know who I'm dealing with.

Prior to purchase i requested specification confirmation as advertising was vague.
you replied '... the spec was 200L/ min AND 90m, I asked you to confirm and you refused or were unable.

I bought from you a
2.5kw 90m @ 200L/min Pump & controller, with 3~5 day shipping.

Website sale process stalled, multiple buy attempts.
Same for Firefox or Chrome browser.
Credibility lost.

sale query email answered within a couple of hours and different payment options offered and taken.
Told by your agent it hasnt happened before, lost credibility.

Pump arrives much later than 3~5 days promised, control unit useless as obviously too small, resulting in excess restriction. Included document says ~ 22m head maximum, yet its mated to a 90m head pump.
Using it will over load controller, such a poor fit to pump.
lost credibility either incompetent or fraudulent, no response to email.

Pump will only do up to 55m head from a 1m positive pressure bore, not the advertised 90m.

Suction Measured at startup, delivery open to atmosphere -0.6 bar peak <0.5 seconds and back to 0.

Delivery pressure @ ~3.5bar it'll pump around 1.1L/ second
Lost product confidence.

I have Asked for full operators manual showing the pump specifications as the supplied document refers to missing pages.
This to allow calculations for a reliable installation.
No reply.

Pump controller too small for pump,
states in its own controller documentation not suitable for over 1.5kw.
So its the wrong part. Both head pressure specification, electrical and flow rating.

The fitting adaptor is also a restriction.

either incompetence, genuine error or knowingly purchased undersized / cheap control so fraudulent,
Lost confidence.

Additional ~$120-130 shipping not made obvious.

sold 3~5 day freight,
yet 8~10 day "...economy freight purchased..." Australia Post.
Again , incompetent, or fraudulent.

So either you knowingly sold items that are not as advertised or you are incompetent and lack appropriate product knowledge.

Reviews plus or minus does not contract you out of the NZ consumer act.

The sale was in NZ so nz consumer act applies, to suggest otherwise is again either dishonest or incompetent.

To threaten to withhold your obligations under the act until I delete my review is a breach of the act,
to do so in writing bizzare and exposes you openly to prosecution under the act.

Where from here.

Either send a pump that is 90m head or 200L/ min
& controller that are a match, and will NOT restrict the pump or limit the pump ability to achieve max pressure.
I need to operate around 60~ 70m head pressure.

Or refund in full.

Or deal with the commerce commision, disputes tribunal, consumer affairs and Fair go.

I have had an email since saying they won't act until untrue review removed, I asked which part is untrue? No reply.

Bought 2 products off sportzone , Giant 92cc chainsaw and Giant chainsaw sharper .had some issues but James sorted it them out thanks .
Giantz 92cc chainsaw is awesome and had no problem cutting thro a big old man pine tree with ease and seems great value for price paid , a great chainsaw for our lifestyle block , my only recommendation is to replace the sparkplug with a well known brand like Champion CJ7Y .
Chainsaw Sharpener seems to be good , ive sharpened my first chain on it and was cutting thro old man pine like butter. I had to find a video on YouTube on how to use it as I find videos easyer to follow than user manuals so for that I wish Giantz brand would do a video for setting up , tips , using Giantz sharper but theres other similar chain sharper so u can get a good idea .

Fast delivery. Tree looks lovely up but had trouble with the tree not being stable no matter how many times i tried to adjust it. Sent the company an email about the issue they got back to me pretty fast but said they would send complaint to warranty/guarantee department and haven't heard a thing
