Had kitchen cupboards resprayed with a 10 year guarantee but they’ve chipped quite badly. Called the company to ask them to come back & was told that the company has gone into liquidation. This is not true - they’ve tried to strike off the company but Companies House registrar has rejected it. The firm are still trading but trying to make out that they’re a different firm. They clearly don’t want to honour the guarantee, probably because their work is so shoddy!

Spraygroup contracted to spray the inside of my conservatory in Feb 2020. 10 year warranty against defective workmanship provided. Initial job appeared good but cracking around sealant appeared 2021. Company sent a man in Aug 21 to 'replace sealant and overspray', Job done terribly and workman admitted he was a plumber (not painter). Company accepted responsibility to correct but have been unable to get any response. Company now in breach of warranty terms and I am pursuing legal action. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Used to be spraygroup.co.uk now Colour Pro Ltd. Maybe the name change is to shake off non existent customer service. Engaged to spray UPVC windows. Despite my reservations about poor weather with intermittent heavy rain they insisted on going ahead. Work not completed to satisfaction with some water marks and white flecks in the satin black finish plus a missed window edge which we didn’t notice as it was still raining when they left. Despite several emails and phone calls promises of remedial work never materialised. Website promises 10 year guarantee but never provided with anything in writing. Would not recommend.

Spraygroup have finally reached out to me to do the remedial work.
I have promised to take down the posts
and end the matter.
Because of my terminal Cancer the time line is very short.
So I hope they get in touch soon as the time line is a little tight.

After reading the reply to my review of the poor workmanship of Spraygroup I must correct the untruths that were stated. Because I was bullied and harassed on the doorstep to pay before the painters had even left by the owners which was witnessed by my wife and the shouting by the lady next door. I told them I was willing to pay when they had finished all the work promised.
But because they said they had no money to pay the workers we negotiated £100 discount for immediate payment ( which I have the invoices and bank statements to prove ) on the understanding they would come back to do the rest of the work contracted which I thought was fair and would help them out.
Do you think if I deducted £200 from their first bill they would have come back and done the rest of the work and then allowed me to knock another £200 off the second bill - I don’t think so…..
To try to mitigate the situation I rang Spraygroup this afternoon and was met by shouting and abuse by Martin the self styled Sales Director informing me that because of the review I had written they had no intention of doing anything to help me. I am an OAP and in very poor health- which they know about.
Please be very careful if you contemplate even considering this company.

We paid over £1500 for our windows and porch to be sprayed back in May this year. The overall finish looks good but during the process a roof tile was smashed and the guttering support broken off. These were haphazardly taped back together with the promise that they would return the same week and replace the damaged parts.
Over 4 months later and after numerous calls, emails and a letter to trading standards - the damage has still not been repaired. We now head into winter with a missing tile on our roof which will need to be replaced at my own cost.
I will be escalating this with trading standards/small claims court.
Beware as other reviews state - this company work well until they damage something and then you'll never hear from them again
