Delivery once again left at street side, at the entrance to our driveway as the driver was afraid of breaking overhanging branches of the trees. so my husband and i spent hours in the hot sun transferring the bark into a wheelbarrow and finished bringing it up the driveway about 3 hours later. Does springbridge have a motorised trolley or van for certain deliveries?

Our drivers will always try to get deliveries as close to the requested location as safely possible. However, they have to assess access and any potential hazards when they arrive, including overhanging trees.
Unfortunately, we don’t have a motorised trolley or smaller van available for these deliveries. If access is a concern for any future orders, please feel free to contact our team beforehand and we can discuss the delivery options available and what may work best for your property.

I’ve been ordering from them for the past 8 years. Compost is consistently of an excellent quality. This is my first time dealing with customer services and I was very impressed. They returned my messages promptly and answered all my queries. Updates to a smaller delivery window were really helpful and they even phoned before they arrived. Delivery was quick - they were even able to deposit the bags in the precise location that they were needed.

I had been looking for grass turf
I had been looking for grass turf. On other sites and all where very expensive, why i purchased from springbridge, the prices where more affordable, and also the delivery cost was so much cheaper. I will be definitely telling my freinds family and neighbours about your company.

Fast and efficient service
Ordered on Saturday and order arrived first thing Tuesday morning. Great quality topsoil and manure with no lumps of stone/wood or plastic waste. Delivery driver was excellent and was able to lift the bags to exactly where we wanted them.
You pay for the quality but it’s well worth it.

Prompt Delivery of quality products
Ordered online one morning, and was promptly delivered the very next afternoon. That could be because they are pretty local to us, less than 5 miles away.
Only downside was delivery charges could have been slightly lower; Paid nearly 80£ delivery charges for three-600 litres bags.
Soil quality quite good with v.little stones / pebbles. Compost also seems good quality - so no complaints there.

Easy to order online. I called to ask about delivery times and they assured me of the time and i was able to provide the best place to leave the materials. Driver was great, good communication and sent a confirmation photo of delivery as I was out at the time.
